* Leave it to the designers of ''{{LittleBigPlanet}} 2'' to make an Eldritch Abomination out of a ''vaccum cleaner''! The Negativitron travels the cosmos, constantly sucking up all material in Craftworld. It can also be considered [[spoiler:an EldritchLocation]], too.

* In ''LaMulana'', one of the bosses is a giant eye monster with [[NaughtyTentacles tentacles]] and a massive eye, which is reminiscent of a eldrich abomination. However, the real award goes to [[spoiler:The Mother, who is actually the entire temple itself. It helps with the non-eulicidean geometries of the temple, not to mention the fact that the different areas have no correlation in how they are connected. Oh, and the fact that the Mother came from the sky, and created life (e.g. Us) in hopes that it would find a way to return her there.]]

* {{In Team Fortress 2}}, use of the {{Gary's Mod}} had created multiple popular freaks recently. Dubbed in (no particular order) Painis Cupcake, Snyphurr, Sewer Medic, Anuspy, Dic Soupcan/See man, and the Odd Scout. Painis Cupcake twists his body in ways that will instantly kill or disable a normal individual, and is a morbid cannibal. Snyphurr is a giant torso with a concealed, bloody head. He turns people into stone. There is simply not enough information on Anuspy. Sewer Medic will use similar methods to Painis Cupcake and Dic Soupcan to get rid of threats. Dic Soupcan floats, mumbles irritatingly, and has multiple Gran-Mal seizures, will regurgitate explosives if agitated. Another version of the Demo Man, See Man, distracts enemies with an infamous "See". Hear him say this? You are screwed beyond any reasonable doubt. Just look at all the grenades that spawned around you. (Yes, yes, this is a lesser-traditional Eldritch.) The Odd Scout converts other Scouts into its own distorted likeness and can make YourHeadAsplode through eye contact.

* The Chaos beings in AncientDomainsOfMystery. Most of the monster descriptions for them are DescriptionPorn about how {{MindScrew}}y they are.

* ''LeagueOfLegends'' has quite a few of these as ''playable characters''. This includes Cho'Gath, a demon, Kog'Maw, an acid-spewing alien, and Urgot, a... thing.

*** Actually they're trying to wake Palkia and Dialga to create a new world. Giratina was an extra in Diamond and Pearl and in Platinum, it appeared because their awakening was upsetting the balance of reality and non-reality so it interfered.

[[spoiler: Think about it, the characters weren't strong enough to beat Giygas on their own so they needed to enlist the help of a being more powerful, the one who allows the heroes to fulfill their destinies. The only one who could finish off Giygas is the player themself.]]

Whenever galactic civilization becomes advanced enough, they wake and wipe it out. Just ''one'' of them is able to wipe out nearly the entire Citadel fleet and it wasn't even ''trying'' to fight back. It's only defeated because Shepard is able to distract it. True to the classic Eldritch Abomination style, the Reapers appear to be giant space cephalopods.]]

** Giratina, Palkia, and Dialga. Time, space, and antimatter? Bonus points for Giratina's dimension looking like something out of string theory. And, just like Gen-III, there's a cult trying to awaken Giratina.

* ResidentEvilOutbreak had this in the form of Nyx, a giant mass of seemingly acidic goo that had the corpses of the troops it digested, as well as the corpse of a digested Tyrant unit hanging out of it. Speculation claims it's some sort of plant matter, fungus, or a peice of T-Virus somehow magnified, but it's still horrific, especially it's implied ass cheeks...

* While the ''ParasiteEve'' series can be considered to have skirted the trope at times, it seems that the upcoming sequel, ''The 3rd Birthday'', has dived head-on with its new menace, known simply as the Twisted. Colossal tentacled monstrosities, the first thing we learn about them in [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o_pTp-WZu3A&feature=sub the trailer]] is that they somehow ''erode '''time and space''''', and it seems the only way to stop them is by using TimeTravel BodySurf to SetRightWhatOnceWentWrong.
