Removed Artistic License section, as it erroneously stated that Krav Maga doesn’t show up in competitions because it’s “too deadly.” There are two issues with this - one is that most martial arts that are used by pro fighters have a sport variant and a “street” variant, which isn’t substantially different. To put it succinctly, a trained martial artist in any proven discipline could also kill someone with their style, outside of the context of the sport. A Muay Thai fighter, for example, will certainly know that groin punches and eye gouges are effective at stopping an assailant.

The other issue is that claiming that a fighting art is too dangerous for competitive fighting is, at best, a boast with no evidence to back it up.

* ArtisticLicenseMartialArts: Being an actual practitioner of Muay Thai and Jiujitsu means he doesn't get much wrong, but one of his MMA articles mentions that military martial arts like Krav Maga are "fake" because nobody uses them in MMA competitions. Those who have studied such arts can tell you that these disciplines don't turn up in competitions because, as they are taught to soldiers, most techniques are modified to involve disarming and restraining an enemy until either the soldier or one of their buddies can then ''kill'' said enemy with a weapon. Obviously, that's not gonna fly in any kind of unarmed exhibition fighting (unarmed variants taught to civilians are basically Jiujitsu under a different name).

He did a lot freelance work for ''Electronic Gaming Monthly'' a long time ago, though it's doubtful anyone would remember that. (EGM is still around, mostly for purely nostalgic reasons. But he still writes for them.) He was most famous for his website, [[http://www.seanbaby.com/index.php seanbaby.com]]. It mostly consists of reviews of [[UsefulNotes/NintendoEntertainmentSystem NES]] games and peripherals, him riffing on the old ''{{WesternAnimation/Superfriends}}'' cartoons, and his private collection of the Hostess Cupcake/Twinkies tie-in comics.

* MailOrderNovelty: One of his [[https://www.cracked.com/blog/the-8-most-baffling-food-mascots-all-time Popsicle Pete comics]] includes a mail-order advertisement for toys, which is heavily implied to be Pete reselling the personal effects of his murdered victims.
