* BeautyIsBad: intertwined with EvilIsSexy. Most of his characters have sex on screen as an antic to get what they want or to be presented as TheCasanova, and/or have other characters commenting in universe said good looks.

* BewareTheNiceOnes / BewareTheSillyOnes: we can put an asterisk on their initial niceness or sillyness, but 21 year old Sark seemed [[BreakoutVillain "just" a henchmen wannabe]]. The Count seemed [[DealwiththeDevil "just" a Cabaret owner]]. Adam Monroe/Takezo Kensei seemed [[CompleteImmortality "just" Hiro's one off drunkard sidekick]]. John Gilbert seemed [[LukeIamyourfather "just" Elena's absent muggle uncle]]. Dr. Whale seemed [[Literature/{{Frankenstein}} "just" a doctor]]. Bart seemed [[VigilanteMan "just" a]] [[ZombieInfectee soldier]]. Blaine seemed [[TheAggressiveDrugDealer ''just'' a random, pathetic addict and drug dealer]].

* JerkassWoobie / NightmareFuel: [[AbusiveParents childhood traumas]] aside, Bart and Dr. Frankenstein had one arm chopped off. John Gilbert had his fingers chopped off before being stabbed almost to death. Bart and Blaine were zombies and were "killed" and "resurrected" several times. Bart and [[Film/ChildrenOfTheCorn Burt]] had PTSD thanks to their soldier times. Adam Monroe, Bart and Blaine have been buried alive. Around 90% of Anders' characters have been tortured, punched in the face, vomited blood due to serious internal injuries, shot and/or killed on screen. And so on.

* AxCrazy. Dear Lord. Also adding MagnificentBastard, TheSociopath, ChronicBackstabbingDisorder and WildCard to the mix.

* BuriedAlive: Three times. Adam Monroe was buried alive by the heroes in a coffin [[CompleteImmortality to stop him]]. Bart was killed in combat and resurrected as a zombie in his coffin. Blaine had his throat slitted by the local Mafia Boss and resurrected as zombie in his tomb at the woods.

* AmazonChaser: Sark had a long-running crush on [[ActionGirl Sydney Bristow]], a romantic relationship with [[FemmeFataleSpy Allison Doren and Lauren Reed]] plus a sexual encounter with [[ActionGirl Rachel Gibson]]. Blaine had sexual encounters with [[MrsRobinson Jackie]] and [[HookerwithaHeartofGold Candy]], plus a romantic and sexual relationship with [[CrusadingLawyer Peyton]]. Dr. Whale had a one night stand with [[BadassPrincess Snow White]].

* SmallRoleBigImpact: see BewareTheNiceOnes / BewareTheSillyOnes above. Upon his introduction, Sark appeared around less than 25 minutes on a 22 episode season, becoming a fan favourite and one of Sydney's main enemies (and the only alive after the DistantFinale. Adam Monroe's immortal blood was used during several seasons of ''Series/{{Heroes}}'' to cure or resucitate characters. John Gilbert saved Elena's life and introduced the Gilbert's family drama and role with vampires. Dr. Frankenstein revealed non-fairy tales and characters from non-magical realms could arrive at Storybrooke, along an insight at [[DangerousForbiddenTechnique magical resurrection]]. And Blaine managed in less than 40 seconds of screentime on 1x01 to scratch [[TheProtagonist Liv]] with zombiism and unleash the ZombieApocalypse. Even in his short run as Patient of the Week at ''Series/HouseMD'', his character managed to almost kill [[spoiler: Chase]] and suspend the titular character as a result.

* AloneWithThePsycho: His status as psycho main villain/antagonist usually provides examples of his characters torturing a male or female main character. These scenes, thanks to previous Ho Yai and BelligerentSexualTension / UnresolvedSexualTension moments with said characters provide enough FanficFuel to create their own fandoms.
