A unique feature of the Orange Lantern Ring is Identity Theft, which turns the souls assimilated by the wielder into orange light constructs which binds them to the Orange Light and their wielder for the rest of eternity.

** Orange Lantern only assimilates as a method of last resort, as seen with Teekl, or with soulless non-humans, as seen with the Praexis Demons.
** The Renegade prefers to assimilate dangerous criminals, as they are more sentient and may provide useful information.
* DarkIsNotEvil: The ability bluntly kills people and binds the soul of the victim to the wielder but the constructs themselves can be used for good.
* FightingSpirit: Orange Light Construct-Lanterns that fight and act independently of their master.
* GoodThingYouCanHeal: Destroying a construct just sends it back to the lantern and it doesn't stop them from rejoining the fight.
* HiveMind: While the Construct-Lanterns can think on their own, they share their thoughts and minds with their wielder.
* YourSoulIsMine: When someone or something is assimilated by the Orange Light, they are turned to a construct with their souls bound it for eternity and can only be destroyed through special means. [[spoiler:Paul destroys a hell-tainted Fatty by using the Sword of First and Second on it, while Teekl is destroyed once Klarion's link to the Plane of Chaos was completely removed. The Renegade later does this with Sportsmaster and Bane]].

* DumbMuscle: He's no smarter than a monkey, but he is used for both his capability of FTL travel and his ability to consume anything - even energy.
* ExplosiveBreeder: He breeds every time he gets full. Usually this is very rare, but he grows in number massively due to Klarion's magic being an excellent food source. Last count is 30 new demons.
* ExtremeOmnivore: He can eat anything: concrete, human flesh, spiritual residue....but he finds magic to be especially filling.
* {{Gonk}}: He's massively ugly.
* HeartIsAnAwesomePower:
** His ability is to eat anything. This sounds rather useless...[[spoiler:until he goes against Klarion and not only beats Klarion back but forms a demon horde, that grows every time they absorb Klarion's magic or eat a bit of him]].
** OL was trying to save his sinking flying fortress... until he realized that Fatty could eat the heat from the water around him, turning it to ice.
* KilledOffForReal: [[spoiler:Fatty is killed by Paul using the Sword of the Fallen after it consumes a Hellgate and becomes corrupted. The rest are all killed after Paul is drawn into Hell by Satanus]].
* MisterSeahorse: Whenever a Praexis demon gets a full stomach, they get pregnant and throw up a new Praexis Demon, who is also a construct.
* OurDemonsAreDifferent: Is a Praexis demon, which are incredibly dumb demons that eat the souls of the recently deceased. Then he becomes Paragon OL's construct.

* GenkiGirl: She's happy to follow the Renegade's commands and does it with a cheery attitude.
