In actuality, Koon had bended the events to his own desire by making sure that his kind half-sister, Koon Maria, got picked as the Zahard Princess over his actual Agnis sister.

After betraying Baam, Rachel climbs the Tower with Koon's season 2 team. However, he knows what really happened during the Submerged Fish test, and just keeps her with him as the last connection to Baam's murderers. Rachel, in return, knows that Koon knows, and has members of FUG infiltrate the team to make sure that Koon finally gets ousted so that she can safely continue climbing the Tower.
Rachel would then form a new team of her own, and infiltrates the Workshop Battle to take control of Emile; an intelligent chatting bot that provides information to Regulars that ask the bot questions they need answers for.
