* SwordBeam: Minsu is capable of flinging waves of energy from his sword, Durantkal, with the same cutting power as the sword itself has. * MusclesAreMeaningful: All of the male Warriors who engage in melee combat are incredibly muscular due to their rigorous training and how important it is for them to be fighting fit. Their superhuman strength, speed, and durability makes them TheJuggernaut against normal human forces, as shown by the Sword Warrior's and the Iron Arm Warrior's rampages across Korea, toppling bulidings and flattening city-blocks with single blows.

* PersonOfMassDestruction: A single Warrior can easily wipe out entire fleets of battleships and level entire city districts with a single attack. Minsu makes the threat of Warriors known by flattening the entirety of the Gangseo District with a single swing. Garam Lee, the Transformation Warrior, threatens to split North America in half as part of her rampage before she's stopped by Marie.

* TeensAreMonsters: Many of the fallen Warriors are teenagers pushing college age at the oldest. The monster part is self-explanatory, considering they've been slaughtering people by the hundreds and thousands.
* TragicVillain: To put it lightly, the lives of the fallen Warriors ''sucked'' after they returned home, if they weren't already traumatized by their pasts beforehand. Their decision to take their despair out on all of humanity is incredibly disproportionate, but it comes from the fact that they were just so massively unlucky that no one helped them in their time of need, so they view humanity itself as only worthy of contempt. [[spoiler:Then it's revealed that Minsu's tragedies at the very least were all orchestrated by Seongjun, who himself turns out to also be one. He would rather be a straightforward hero and live a happy and peaceful life, but his powers have trapped the world in a GroundhogDayLoop, and every time he dies in any way, he's forced to watch his friends and family get erased from existence to make way for the reset timeline. After realizing the true horrific implications of his abilities, he got desperate enough to drive Minsu into despair to turn him into a Demon Lord, the only being that could permanently kill him, even though he knew it would result in the deaths of hundreds of millions.]]
* UnwillingRoboticisation: Both Garam and Marie were forced to roboticize more and more of themselves in order to become powerful enough to defeat the Demon Lord of the Transformation World. While they ostensibly did it out of their free will to enable their heroics, the author's own notes point out that they more or less felt pressured into it, lest they die and never be able to return home.

* MultiArmedAndDangerous: [[spoiler:Jeongsu has his body modified by the Transformation Warrior to give him two additional arms with which to wield weapons. Despite the risk of permanently crippling his nervous system, the extra arms are necessary for him to wield additional Heroes' Relics against [[spoiler:the Demon Lord Minsu Kim.]]

[[spoiler:The ultimate plan to defeat Minsu involves giving Jeongsu as many Heroes' Relics as he can get his hands on. Garam even gives him extra arms just so he can use as many as he can simultaneously.]]

* ArtificialLimbs: After his arms and legs are destroyed by Ivan, Minsu Kim replaces his limbs with his Hero's Relic, Duranktal, as part of his transformation into a Demon Lord.
* EvenEvilHasLovedOnes: Despite sinking past the DespairEventHorizon and becoming a sociopathic mass murderer, Minsu still loves his teammates from the Sword World. He demands Seongjun go back in time and save them from their deaths at Ivan's hands and is livid when Seongjun refuses.

* GoodIsNotSoft: In the original timeline, Minsu was a kind, selfless man who used his powers to aid and protect others. However, he was more than capable of killing other Warriors to end the Warrior War.

* WorldsStrongestMan: Out of all the heroes, Minsu Kim is by far considered the strongest and the only way he was defeated by battle in previous timelines was when the other warriors teamed up and fought him all at once rather than one by one or by one Warrior being a CombatPragmatist and biding his time until Minsu Kim’s organs froze.

Added DiffLines:

* WellIntentionedExtremist: Seongjun's ultimate goal is to end the GroundhogDayLoop that Seongjun's powers have trapped the world in by turning Minsu into a Demon Lord who can kill him. But to achieve this goal, he willingly plays the part of a villain responsible for hundreds of millions of deaths and displacing countless others, if only because [[FailureIsTheOnlyOption all of his alternative options failed.]]

Added DiffLines:

* BreathWeapon: After activating his SuicideAttack, he gains the power to shoot a powerful beam from his mouth capable of blasting through buildings and hurling Jeongsu away.
* CorruptedCharacterCopy: The Iron Arm Warrior in particular is a corrupted version of popular comic book heroes. But his costume and LightningBruiser powers seem to take particular inspiration from [[Manga/MyHeroAcademia All Might]], between his twisted sense of justice, overwhelming strength and durability, and even announcing that "I have arrived!" upon slaughtering a contingent of the Korean military.
* DeathSeeker: [[spoiler:After learning that his dearest friend hates him as a result of the actions leading to being sent to another world, Uiho Jeong, the Iron Arm Warrior promises to kill himself along with all of the other "villains" he blames for the circumstances that led to her falling into a coma.]]

Added DiffLines:

* MightMakesRight: Uiho Jeong, the Iron Arm Warrior, possesses a twisted sense of morality that declares all those weaker than him are villains to be destroyed by the power of "justice". For this reason, he ventures across the land, slaughtering every man, woman, and child he can get his hands on for the "crime" of being weaker than a nigh-invulnerable monster capable of approaching the speed of sound. [[spoiler:This is because Uiho was bullied by other students for being overweight. His bullies justified their actions by declaring that the ones in power can claim justice, just as the comic book character that Uiho admired always beat up those weaker than him.]]

Added DiffLines:

* SuicideAttack: The Iron Arm Warrior's trump card is a special capsule nestled in his body that contains a serum with the powers of every single superhero of its world. Breaking this capsule causes Uiho's already impressive strength and speed, both comparable to Minsu, to go into overdrive, making him a supersonic juggernaut that thrashes Jeongsu. This is on top of regeneration that allows him to recover from getting a hole the size of a basketball torn through his chest. But this serum will inevitably overload his body and kill him in the end.

** The Faith Warriors derive their powers from people's belief in them. In both Hana's and Belgis' case, they were able to [[MindControl force others to follow them]] as believers so long as any of their words resonated with the people they spoke to. As a saint of the Catholic faith, Saint Damien derives his power from the billions of Catholics around the globe. [[spoiler:But even then, numbers aren't everything. Even when Damien's followers are reduced to a single orphanage founded in his name, the purity of the faith produced by his PayingItForward kindness centuries ago allows him to shatter Hana's control over her followers and defeat her.]]

Even as Korean soldiers throw themselves on top of the Warriors to detonate explosives at point-blank range, this does little more than inconvenience and lightly singe the Warriors. Minsu Kim, the Sword Warrior, and Uiho Jeong, the Iron Arm Warrior, are known to be especially tough, shrugging off attacks that level buildings with ease. The only non-Warrior attack shown to actually ''kill'' a fully-powered Warrior is a direct hit from a nuclear weapon.

[[folder:Jeongsu Park, the Spear Warrior]]

TheHero of the story and the Warrior of the Spear World. Like the other Warriors. Jeongsu was an ordinary teenager until disaster struck and he was killed. Instead of dying normally, he was instead transported to the Spear World, which he saved not for the sake of its people but to become strong enough to avenge his family's murder at the hands of the Sword Warrior, Minsu Kim.

* SurvivorGuilt: Jeongsu is haunted by visions of his family, all begging him to help them as they were being killed by Minsu.
* ThisIsADrill: Jeongsu gets a new spear called Heukto, a lance designed for frontal assaults via mounted combat. In addition to providing a mechanical horse for him to ride, it's able to spin to penetrate through durable objects like an electric drill. The speed of Heukto's rotation is enormous, to the point of [[spoiler:twisting Uiho's arm until it break and piercing straight through him when all of Jeongsu's previous attacks failed.]]

* TheChessmaster: Thanks to his ability to rewind time by dying, Seongjun is able to plan for virtually any kind of eventuality because he can respond to anything that killed him in the past. [[spoiler:He's in fact responsible for the entire plot in the first place, as he realizes that his resurrection power has trapped the world in a GroundhogDayLoop that will continue so long as he's not killed by a Demon Lord. He spends nearly 400,000 resurrections and 150,000 years of combined time since his arrival home to try and create a situation where Minsu becomes the Demon Lord needed to kill him.]]

* DeathIsCheap: Seongjun ''cannot'' be permanently killed, as any death he experiences will simply send him back in time to let him redo things over again. The only loophole in his power is that he will be permanently killed if the killing blow is struck by a Demon Lord. [[spoiler:He's been actively planning for this the whole time, as this power has trapped the entire universe in a GroundhogDayLoop.]]

* CombatPragmatist: Knowing full-well that he cannot defeat Minsu head-on, Ivan instead focuses on repeatedly battering Minsu to slowly freeze him and the blood in his veins. Even if Minsu possesses NighInvulnerability, he's still a living being who cannot function if his vital organs are chilled to the point of non-functionality.

Instead of dying normally, he was instead transported to the Spear World, which he saved not for the sake of its people but to become strong enough to avenge his family's murder at the hands of the Sword Warrior, Minsu Kim.

Added DiffLines:

* AdrenalineMakeover: Jeongsu initially looked very plain, with an unremarkable haircut, thin build, and glasses that made him look nerdy. Following his year-long stint in the Spear World, his obsession with getting stronger for the sake of avenging his family and his many life-threatening experiences radically change his appearance. He grows taller, gains a HeroicBuild, and becomes CoveredInScars. His hair becomes spiky and windswept, his face becomes noticeably chiseled and he loses his glasses, giving him a wild, ruggedly handsome look.
* AnArmAndALeg: Jeongsu ultimately loses an arm in his battle against Minsu, taking Jeongsu out of the fight and forcing [[spoiler:Yerin Ma, the Magical Warrior]] to rescue him.
* TheChosenOne: Upon his death, Jeongsu was chosen as the Warrior destined to deliver the Spear World from the Demon Lord. [[spoiler:Jeongsu is revealed to be this, specifically chosen by Seongjun to slay Minsu after the latter becomes a Demon Lord and finally grants Seongjun a permanent death.]]
* JoustingLance: Jeongsu is able to send word back to the Spear World requesting new and more powerful weapons to help him fight Minsu Kim. The first spear they send back is Heukto, a lance that generates a mechanical horse for him to ride upon. In addition to solving Jeongsu's relatively slow movement speed compared to the other Warriors, the lance itself posseses incredible penetration power thanks to its ability to [[ThisIsADrill rotate rapidly as it thrusts]].
* KnightInSourArmor: Jeongsu goes on and on about how he's only fighting for vengeance for his family and nothing else. But he pays his respects to all of the fallen sailors who sacrificed themselves to help him reach and defeat the Sea Dragon Warrior and is enraged when innocent lives are killed. Minsu notes that for all of Jeongsu's hatred, there's still a glimmer of hope in his eyes.
* MightyGlacier: Jeongsu is one of the strongest and toughest Warriors around and one of only two Warriors to survive their battle against Minsu. But for all his power and toughness, Jeongsu's travel speed is much slower than his reaction speed. As a result, he struggles to chase after Warriors who can run extremely quickly like the Iron Arm Warrior or those that can fly like the Transformation Warrior. Following his initial defeat to Minsu, Jeongsu's new spear, Heukto, attempts to remedy this by providing him a mechanical horse capable of running at speeds comparable to the other Warriors.

[[folder:Ivan Pushkin, the Glacial Warrior]]

The Warrior of the Glacial World. Ivan was summoned to the Glacial World by the Witch of Frost to save it. After returning home, he used his powers to end conflict as quickly as he could in hopes of reducing bloodshed. When Minsu leaves the Korean peninsula, Ivan is called upon by his native Russia to stand against him at the border.
----
* DefiantToTheEnd: [[spoiler:Even in death, after forsaking himself and his memories, Ivan tries to slow Minsu's advance by dissolving into snow to make it more difficult for him to walk.]]
* AnIcePerson: Ivan was summoned to the Glacial World by the Witch of the Snow, granting him vast control over ice. He can create amazingly hard constructs out of ice tough enough to take hits from Minsu and match him blow for blow. The sheer cold of Ivan's attacks can instantly kill normal living beings from frostbite and hypothermia and freeze even Warriors solid.
* OldSoldier: Ivan is a decorated member of the Russian military for his service in both World Wars before being called into service to stop the Sword Warrior from invading Russia. Although he's well over 90 years old, Ivan's mastery over ice and strategic use of his powers makes him a formidable opponent even for the nigh-unstoppable Minsu.
* OneManArmy: Ivan Pushkin, the Glacial Warrior, fought on behalf of his native Russia during World War II. He single-handedly defeated Jonas and Siegfried, the Golem Warrior and Sword Warrior of the 20th century, during the Battle of Stalingrad. [[spoiler:He's also the man who comes the closest to killing Minsu, only failing due to the intervention and sacrifices of Minsu's comrades from the Sword World.]]
* ShapingYourAttacks: In addition to conventional weapons like swords and axes, Ivan is able to shape his ice into animate sculptures of anything he can imagine. [[folder:Seongjun Lee, the Resurrection Warrior ('''Unmarked Spoilers''']]

The Warrior of the World of Nothingness. He possesses ResurrectiveImmortality that sends him back in time in the event of his death, allowing him to redo his battles as often as he wants until he wins.
----
* AnArmAndALeg: Seongjun has his legs torn off by Minsu in their final battle in Europe. He returns the favor by slicing off Minsu's arm in hopes of weakening him for Seongju to defeat.
* AndIMustScream: This is the source of his anguish. Seongjun's ResurrectiveImmortality will only be turned off in the event that they're killed by the Demon Lord. This means that the whole world is stuck in a GroundhogDayLoop that resets upon Seongjun's death. All of his accomplishments, the friendships he makes, and the love he experiences will be undone and he'll be put right back at the moment he arrived on Earth. This power has driven him nearly insane and he takes drastic measures to break the loop by turning Minsu into a Demon Lord who can kill him.
* ApologeticAttacker: This is [[spoiler:Seongjun Lee's]] reaction to killing the Vampire Warrior, calling them an incredible warrior and hero and making it clear the he deeply regrets having to do this.
* BattleCouple: Flashbacks show that Seongjun Lee, the Resurrection Warrior was this with his girlfriend and later wife, Seong Bomin, the Spear Warrior, in previous timelines. It's clear that they were as HappilyMarried as they were formidable during the Warrior War. But their relationship was erased by his own GroundhogDayLoop powers.
* BlessedWithSuck: His ResurrectiveImmortality is the cause of his troubles. This ability cannot be turned off unless he's killed by a Demon Lord. This means that the whole universe is stuck in a GroundhogDayLoop that resets whenever Seongjun dies. Even when he's saved everyone and has lived a happy life to the fullest, all of it is undone by this ability no matter how hard he tries to stop it.
* ClarkKentOutfit: Seongjun doesn't look particularly huge when compared to the likes of the Sword Warrior or the Iron Arm Warrior. But a flashback with him from before the events of the story shows him to be incredibly muscular in his own right while enjoying a sauna.
* DeathSeeker: Everything Seongjun has done has been to turn Minsu into a Demon Lord so that he can finally die permanently. Unlike many other examples, it isn't simply that Seongjun [[WhoWantsToLiveForever is tired of his immortality]] but that his powers are keeping the world stuck in a GroundhogDayLoop.
* DidntThinkThisThrough: This is basically what caused the whole overarching conflict in the first place. Seongjun selected the power of Resurrection in the world he had been transported to so that he could return home more quickly. He didn't realize at the time that the power would kick in if he died ''from old age'', which effectively trapped Earth in a GroundhogDayLoop after he got back home. Seongjun's desperation to free Earth from the time loop would lead him to driving Minsu into despair in order to turn him into a Demon Lord, the only being capable of permanently killing him.
* EyesAlwaysShut: Seongjun's eyes are rarely opened, indicating his more calculating nature. They used to be open much more frequently back when he was just a traditional heroic Warrior, but going through 150,000 years of a GroundhogDayLoop caused by his own powers wore him down. In reality, his eyes are shut both because he's been through the plot enough times that he can literally do most of it with his eyes closed and because he knows he's surrounded by the hundreds of billions he's allowed to suffer just to orchestrate his permanent death. The few times he opens his eyes in the present, it's clear just how ''tired'' he is of being alive for so long.
* FightingYourFriend: Later episodes retroactively reveal that Seongjun was close friends with all of the other Warriors in previous timelines, even managing to prevent any of them from falling into despair and evil in some time loops. But these timelines were undone by his own power. His desperation to let the universe move forward leads him to fight and get his friends killed while playing the part of a villain as part of his plans to turn Minsu into a Demon Lord who can kill him.
* FlingALightIntoTheFuture: Seongjun manipulated events to turn Minsu into a Demon Lord so that he could finally die and put an end to the GroundhogDayLoop his powers had trapped the world in. However, he's also knows that, once he's dead, the rest of the world will have to deal with a being hell-bent on destroying the world. So he decides to face Minsu in a fight to the death in order to hopefully weaken Minsu enough for Jeongsu to stand a chance.
* OlderThanTheyLook: Seongjun Lee, the Resurrection Warrior, sppears to be a teenager like the others. But due to his ResurrectiveImmortality powers that rewind time to before his death, he's mentally much, much older, having redone things thousands upon thousands of times. By the time Minsu becomes a new Demon Lord, Seongjun has spent nearly 379,000 lives or a total of 150,000 years of experienced time to this point.
* PowerIncontinence: The entire plot comes about because of Seongjun's inability to turn off his ResurrectiveImmortality no matter how hard he tries. Even trying to extend his lifespan via technology fails to prevent his GroundhogDayLoop from ending.
* RedemptionEqualsDeath: Seongjun knew he would be responsible for the death and suffering of hundreds of millions of people when he drove Minsu into despair to turn him into a Demon Lord. Rather than just be satisfied in having created the being that could finally kill him and put an end to the GroundhogDayLoop his powers created, he decided to fight Minsu to the death in order to hopefully damage him enough for the other Warriors to finish him off after Seongjun died.
* WalkingSpoiler: It's impossible to talk about Seongjun in any depth without revealing his pivotal role as both the GreaterScopeHero and the GreaterScopeVillain of the story who set the plot of the comic in motion.
* WeakButSkilled: Seongjun lacks the NighInvulnerability of most of the other Warriors to most weapons. He instead has a vast arsenal of weapons with strange abilities and ResurrectiveImmortality to let himself redo his fights however many times he pleases. This makes him even more dangerous than the Sword Warrior, as while he isn't quite the same PersonOfMassDestruction, no two methods will work twice because he'll get wise to your first attack after experiencing it once.
