* StrongAsTheyNeedToBe: Frollo is an odd character who can defeat some of the most powerful beings in the world, but is often beaten effortlessly by most enemies. There is something of a pattern to it, though. Regular Frollo on his own seems to be among the weakest fighters in the series. He does significantly better when he has a tactical advantage or is teamed up with an ally, though (the Giga Drill Breaker being a prominent example). Saiyan Frollo appears to be more powerful, but we rarely see him in action. Meanwhile, Super Saiyan 5 Frollo seems to be able to beat anything [[spoiler: except God!Wilford.]]
