* BookDumb: Episode 15 shows she doesn't share Kirito's brains. When talking to Yui, Suguha thinks Yui is a robot instead of an [=AI=] and mistaking the word "delegate" for "deli". It gets to the point that Yui loses any respect she had for Suguha from this one conversation alone.

* {{Hypocrite}}: She makes Nagata cater to all her whims in ALO because it's his role in-game as her "fuckboy", only to bail on the roles she finds boring (such as Cazmer's ArrangedWedding storyline).

** Her treatment of Recon is filled with this; from casually leaving him to be tortured by Cazmer because she's too bored to roleplay and showing no remorse when he calls her out on it to knocking him to the ground for daring to ask her out on a date.

* OnlyFriend: With hints of ShipTease thrown in for good measure. He's the only person of [=ALfhem=] that she actually gives a shit about, and he's also presumably the only person nice enough to stand her IRL as well.

* EnragedByIdiocy: Because of this trope, he's quick to give up on the player base after 30 seconds of dealing with them. He also grows a fast disliking of [[InocentBigot Asuna]] after [[JiveTurkey her disastrous attempt to communicate with him]]. Kirito even notes in Episode 13 that he's the only person who can take his tantrum in stride. * EnragedByIdiocy: Because of this trope, he's quick to give up on the player base after 30 seconds of dealing with them. * AdaptationNameChange: In the original, he was named Tsuboi Ryoutarou and his screen name was Klein. Here, Klein appears to be his real name.

** They're both cute and ineffectual players with an AdaptationalAchillesHeel (bad internet and a faulty nervegear resepectively) who represent exactly what they hate the most (Sachi is TheMillstone of her guild due to her lag, while Recon [[InTouchWithHisFeminineSide is an avid enjoyer of fairy games.]]) but who somehow managed to insert themselves in the jerk's lives and become their personal MoralityPet.
