* MyGirlIsASlut: GenderFlipped. Cade's primary LoveInterest Deliah Blue is a Zeltron, whose [[PlanetOfHats hat]] is being [[SmellsSexy pheromonal]], empathic [[GreenSkinnedSpaceBabe Pink-Skinned Space Babes]] that believe in EternalSexualFreedom. As such, she doesn't appear to mind him sleeping around as long as she knows about it (there's even a brief scene where the two of them are shown frolicking with several other Zeltron women), she'd just ''really'' rather it not include [[FemmeFatale Darth Talon]]. And she gets more than a little jealous of his connection with Azlyn Rae, to her own discomfort.

* BettyAndVeronica: Despite being a smuggler and con artist by trade, she's the Betty: a genuinely sweet-tempered NiceGirl whom Cade says "makes the darkness go away". Also, her main rival for Cade's attentions is a ''Lord of the Sith'' of all people.

* FirstGirlWins: The first run of ''Legacy'' ends with Cade and Deliah being together, though their future is not set in stone and can be prone to change.

* AmbiguousSituation: It's not specified how she's descended from Han and Leia. Considering Jaina's connection to the Fel family and Anakin Solo dying with no known offspring, Jacen, via Tenel Ka's daughter Allana (whom Han and Leia adopted after ''Literature/LegacyOfTheForce''), is her most likely ancestor. Exactly ''why'' she's living a mundane lifestyle in the vein of Han and not some form of royalty like Leia or Allana is never explained.

* UnknownRelative: She has no idea of her bevy badass and highly placed relatives, though it's suggested that she might later find out from her distant cousin, Empress Marasiah. Ironically, at the end of Volume II, she nearly bumps into Cade after Jariah sells Sauk a ship part.

* ClingyJealousGirl: Played with. She clearly doesn't like Cade hanging out with other women, especially with his former love Azlyn Rae. This trait, as noted by Bantha Rawk, is very unusual for Zeltrons who are usually very promiscuous and totally fine with polygamy. However, she's also shown frolicking in a pool with him, Jariah, and several other Zeltron women, so maybe the takeaway, as Jariah implies at one point, is that she doesn't mind him ''casually'' sleeping around, just when the relationship is less than casual.

Still, he overall trends downward, and only chooses to fully commit himself to the light in the last quarter of the series.

The trusty droid that has served the Skywalker line for nearly two centuries, and is given to Cade partway through the series. Apparently he was owned by K'Kruhk in the meantime. He doesn't receive the usual attention he usually does though, but does get a few gags and plot-important moments.

* HeroOfAnotherStory: His adventures with K'Kruhk and whatever happened between him last being seen in ''Literature/FateOfTheJedi'' and showing up here over ninety years later.
* ReallySevenHundredYearsOld: By this point in the timeline, R2 is pushing ''one hundred and seventy years old'', and has, by virtue of being a robot, outlived ''everyone'' in the Skywalker line up to Cade's generation.
* SmallRoleBigImpact: He doesn't exactly do a lot compared to his younger days, but what he does do -- like say, rescuing Cade from a sun -- is quite meaningful.

** With Darth Nihl, who's the man who killed his father at Ossus, with Cade attacking him at Vendaxa and eventually defeating and mutilating him during their secon duel in the Sith Temple of Coruscant.
** He hunts down Vul Isen after his poisonning of Mon Calamari and Da Soocha. While Isen didn't do anything to Cade personally, or even met him, his poisonning of Dac was such an abominable and heinous action that Cade makes it his mission to stop and kill him.

While he does come close and even uses the dark side on several occasions, using Force choking and lightning several times, Cade never fully falls to the dark side, and in particular is never tempted to join the Sith because he isn't interested in power.
