A formerly low-ranked dread doppelganger who resented that his clan's status meant he would always be sentenced to low-level and labor-intensive positions, instead of being allowed to ascend on his own merits. Acquiring a magical hat of disguise, he was able to impersonate the elders who ruled the doppelganger clans, starting a clan war that ended with the old order dead and him as the new Grandmaster.
