* AdaptationalHeroism: While calling him a 'hero' may be pushing things, he seems to care about the park's well being in his own way and there is no sign of him being willing to engage in the kind of shady tactics that his ''Prehistoric Earth'' counterpart was willing to stoop to.

And while he ''is'' implied to want to commodify the prehistoric animals like his counterpart, this version of him seemingly wishes to do so through a somewhat more legal fashion than his counterpart did.

* BigBadWannabe: Is one of the more unpleasant members of the Novum Board and plans against his boss and uncle's wishes to try to commodify the de-extinct animals at Prehistoric Park for the sake of allowing the park to make even more money for Novum. But unlike in ''Prehistoric Earth'', where he was able to easily run rings around Theodore and the park staff without anyone even being aware at first of any untoward events unfolding in the area whatsoever, here Theodore and the rest of the staff at Novum and the park are all too aware of what Percival has in mind and swift to shut his ideas down as early on as the suggestion stage. And while he tries to make life difficult enough for the park staff to convince them to agree to his rejected ideas by hiring cheap workmen to both put in the bare minimum of work for the assistance they've been ostensibly hired to provide for the park's efforts at preparation for opening day as well as serve as his spies, this plan swiftly blows up in his face only two weeks after getting set in motion when his BadBoss behavior against those very workmen causes their foreman, his initially largely neutral AccompliceByInaction Kevin Drake, to make a deal with the park's top brass that will allow him to still get paid (and in a ''much'' larger amount than Percival is currently offering him at that) without having to work directly with Percival or follow his agenda anymore and subsequently work to get the workmen to switch allegiances alongside him.

* BadBoss: Despite how much he relies upon the temporary workmen he commissions to [[spoiler:ostensibly]] provide assistance for the park's preparations for opening day [[spoiler:and also act as his spies to report to him on the park and attempt to make life difficult for the park staff so that they'll change their minds about saying no to his previously rejected ideas for the park]], he pays them 'peanuts and piss level wages' due to largely viewing them as a means to an end that he is perfectly willing to replace with 'more reliable people' in the event that they successfully allow his end goal to be made a reality. Unsurprisingly, this comes back to bite him when the hired foreman Kevin Drake accepts a deal with the park staff that allows him the excuse to switch allegiances.

* AdaptationalWimp: In stark contrast to the cunning and imposing [[TheChessmaster mastermind]] that he was in ''Prehistoric Earth'', this version of Percival is more of a weaselly nuisance who gets his more unpopular ideas for the park very swiftly shot down, very narrowly avoids getting bitten by an oviraptor, and doesn't appear to be all that big of a threat in the grand scheme of things.
* AgeLift: Was one of Theodore's contemporaries in age in ''Prehistoric Earth''. Here, by virtue of [[RelatedInTheAdaptation also being Theodore's nephew in this story]], he is a decent amount of years younger than Theodore.

[[folder:Bryce Bennet]]
One of the senior members of the Novum executive board and also one of Theodore's oldest friends. Is one of two board members who pays a visit alongside Theodore for the sake of both a tour of the park in between approval for the park to open to the public and its planned opening day as well as for taking stock of its progress in preparations for said opening day.
----
* CanonForeigner: Didn't exist in ''Prehistoric Earth''.
* CoolOldGuy: Is one of Theodore's contemporaries in age and is very easygoing and affable.
* GoodIsNotSoft: While generally a very affable fellow that's easy to get along with, he is not above getting firm and serious when the situation calls for as much, as Theodore's nephew on the Board Percival swiftly learns.
* TheLancer: From his status as one of Theodore's oldest companions and as a senior member of the Novum executive board, it can be strongly inferred that he might be Theodore's unofficial second in command at Novum.
* TrueCompanions: Is one of Theodore's oldest friends and is always happy to support him in his endeavors.

[[folder:Percival Richardson]]
Theodore's nephew and one of the senior members of the Novum executive board. He also just so happens to be one of the Novum board's least pleasant members and may have some rather unpopular ideas in mind for the park and its prehistoric animal residents.

At Prehistoric Park's parent company, the {{Megacorp}} Novum, these people work to keep the park up and running.
----
[[folder:Theodore Richardson]]
Founder and CEO of Novum. The time portal and Prehistoric Park were his own ideas, and he hires Drew and everyone else working at the park. Also is responsible for choosing targets for each mission and passing the information along to Drew and the park.
----
* BenevolentBoss
* BigGood
* CoolOldGuy
* EccentricMentor: Shows signs of this. It also notably takes Drew, Leon, and Adrian actually looking through the portal and ''seeing'' the results with their own eyes before they actually believe what he's telling them about it and his plans.
* FirstNameBasis: He insists that everyone who knows him well enough be on this with him.
* HonestCorporateExecutive: Just like in ''Fanfic/PrehistoricEarth'', he is the eighth richest man in the world and 100% benevolent.
* InsistentTerminology: See FirstNameBasis above.
* MissionControl: Responsible for choosing the targets for each mission and passing the news of his decisions to Drew and the rest of the park staff.
* NiceGuy: 100% benevolent.

[[folder:Steve Woodward]]
One of the chief members of the Novum executive board. Takes part heavily in the discussions amongst the board as to whether to give the all clear to have Prehistoric Park opened to the public over the course of Phase 2 and also takes part in the park inspection early in the same phase.
----
* AscendedExtra: To an extent. * ReasonableAuthorityFigure: Proves quite understanding of extenuating circumstances behind the difficulties and incidents that have unfolded over the course of the park's existence and ultimately agrees with the rest of the inspection team to deem the park to pass the test with flying colors over the course of the inspection.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Fiona Winters]]
One of the junior members of the Novum executive board, and one of Leon's worst tormentors back in middle and high school.
----
* AlphaBitch: Proved to be this back when she was in middle and high school, much to Leon's displeasure.
* CanonForeigner: Was absolutely nowhere to be found in ''Fanfic/PrehistoricEarth''.
* JerkassHasAPoint: As Jack points out to Leon immediately after she brings up as much in response to an attempted TheReasonYouSuckSpeech by the latter, as much as she didn't act all that nice to Leon back in middle and high school, Leon himself didn't exactly make that much of an effort to better himself or prove himself worthy of her and Billy's respect and largely chose to use his friendship with Drew as a shield.
* PetTheDog: Several years after their mutual graduation from high school, she [[spoiler:explicitly votes for Leon to be hired at Prehistoric Park after Drew offers for him and Adrian to work there despite misgivings from other members of the Novum board]]. She even eventually congratulates Leon personally when she finally meets him in person for the first time since graduation on both finding new friends as well as a potential future girlfriend.
* ReformedBully: Zigzagged. On the one hand, she does occasionally slip back into her old personality around Leon, and even manages to at one point bring up a particularly embarrassing detail to him in front of Jack, Yolanda, and Colette. On the other hand, she never goes out of her way to make life miserable for him over the course of the park inspection, personally gave him a genuine congratulations on finding new friends (plus a potential future girlfriend) amongst the park staff, and even personally was amongst the board members who voted for saying yes to Drew's proposal for him and Adrian to be hired to work at the park despite their lack of prior experience working directly for Novum.
* ShipperOnDeck: Heavily implies that she's perfectly happy with the idea of Leon and Yolanda being a couple someday in the future.
