In one episode of the [[WesternAnimation/MrMenAndLittleMiss 90s cartoon]] (namely ''Mr. Cheerful Doffs his Hat'', he panics after Mr. Tickle takes his hat off to reveal his three hairs and claims that he feels lost without it. Fortunately, Little Miss Shy reassures him that such a silly thing like that should not stop him, and so Mr. Cheerful cheers back up quickly just as Mr. Tickle gives him his hat back.

As he is probably the most stuck-up, richest, most rude Mr Man in the UK. so it follows that he is not very popular. Thankfully the goblins take a real interest in Mr. Snooty, and use all of their magic powers to frighten him into changing.

** He wasn't wrong in calling out Mr. Noisy for practising his music too loudly given that he had disturbing everybody with it.
