He gives [[ThePrankster Mr. Mischief]] the idea to infect everyone with measles by telling him that measles are catching but then Mr. Mischief chooses to try and infect Mr. Happy (Who had the measles once in Little Miss Helpful's book) only for Mr. Happy to turn out to have become immune to the measles, meaning no epidemic happened.
