A Zeon captain who pilots the MSN-06S-2 Sinanju Stein. He desires to capture the Phenex. Like Full Frontal, he is a Cyber-Newtype created as the second coming of Char Aznable.

Foreign Minister of the Republic of Zeon and the son of Prime Minister Darcia Bakharov. He holds nationalistic views and secretly desires to bring Zeon back to its former glory. He is also responsible for the rise of Full Frontal by giving the Cyber-Newtype the memories of Char Aznable.

The leader of the Republic of Zeon and the daughter of the late Dozle Zabi.
