A member of the Human Resources Division of the Magical Kingdom. 7753 (pronounced 'Nanako-San') is a Magical Girl that specializes in scouting and information gathering. Thanks to her goggles. She's been a Magical Girl for several years now, but hasn't actually been working much in the field. Something which she greatly desires to do.

A Magical Girl who was formerly in the Magical Kingdom as a member of the Magical Kingdom’s Examination Division before she was arrested. She, along with her follower Sonia Bean, have been broken out of prison by the efforts of Tot Pop and Pythie Frederica. She falsely accused and wrongly executed many people before she was apprehended for her crimes and imprisoned.

Part of the Investigation Team, partner of Mana. Hana is an expert tracker, and has been Mana's partner for years now. She's relatively kind and friendly, but nobody should mistake that for passiveness. Being part of the Magical Kingdom's Examination Division means she knows how to fight, and can handle herself in one, too.

A member of the Investigation Team. Archfiend Pam is part of the Foreign Affairs Division, sent as a representative in order to find the assassin hidden amongst B-City. Unlike most representatives, Archfiend Pam is a very competent fighter, and is only sent in the most dangerous of missions, which doesn't make Mana happy at all with her presence.

Former head of the Foreign Affairs Division, now current head once again. Lady Proud is a Magical Girl with moderate skills of leadership, but she has to take care of the mess that the previous leadership's absence has caused. With most of the Foreign Affairs Division trying to grab power, Proud must try and keep the whole thing from falling apart.

The head of the Hitokouji family and high-ranking member of the Human Resources Division, Pfle was a survivor of one of Cranberry's tests, as well as the events of ''Restart''. Ever since those events, and regaining her memory of her selection test, she has been attempting to reform the Magical Kingdom. Unfortunately, in her quest for a better world, the chaos she causes as a result has made even her most loyal allies to doubt her.

A former member of the Examination Division, she has since retired after an incident involving one of her disciples. A friend of hers has requested that she escort Touta for the inheritance. She is a formal and stern magical girl who prefers to keep to herself.

* TheMentor: She is one of the most famous instructors from the Examination Division, with Hana Gekokujou being one of her students.

She's also the one that sponsored Tot Pop to break out Pythie Frederica in order to stir up chaos in the investigation and once helps out Frederica when she's in a pinch. Her ultimate goals were to eliminate Rain Pou and Toko so that their activities couldn't be traced back to her and get high ranking Magical Kingdom officials killed to create chaos there, giving her opportunities for advancement.]]

A student of Namiyama Middle School, Class Representative, transformed into the Magical Girl known as Wedin. As the Class Representative, Wedin is often known by many to be a serious-natured sophisticated girl. However, when she was transformed into Wedin, she becomes passionate about stopping whatever evil threatens the group. Within Namiyama's Magical Girl group, Wedin is the de facto leader, and is a good source of providing information.

* FairyTaleWeddingDress: Her outfit is this by design. According to Wedin herself, it's due to the fact that her powers "symbolize the horrors of an oath of matrimony".

A student of Namiyama Middle School, transformed into a Magical Girl known as Rain Pou. She's a first year student, and one that is very active at that. She showed no hesitation when faced with dangerous tasks, and is always ready to take action when needed.

Despite that, her trust in her friends and her relationship with close friend Rain Pou help her get through this strange situation she's dealing with.

* PsychoLesbian: Quite predatory. Since she designs the personalities of those she brainwashes, [[spoiler: Pukin specifically made Wedin to be love-struck towards her. Wedin fell in love with Pukin, always wanting to be physically close to her and even becoming a part of her harem. The slightest touch from Pukin made her excited, and it was all by Pukin's design. ]]

* VillainousBreakdown: [[spoiler:Completely loses her mind after Sonia’s death. She is unable to get rid of the sadness and emptiness inside her after losing Sonia and orders a brainwashed Rain Pou to go outside and murder everyone in sight to distract her from her grief, despite before then having only killed those she believed to be guilty in her mind, an ideal she maintained for centuries. It gets to the point where Pukin is so unhinged that she calls out Sonia’s name in response to hearing a noise, though Sonia had already died (and Pukin had been mourning her all that time).]]

She was once a student of Mao Pam's Mao's Survival School, but due to her... aggressiveness, she was expelled for being too violent. Not many of her former classmates like her, and many more don't really like her excitable attitude.

* AffectionateNickname: While most people call her Marika, she's been called "Fukuroi-Senpai" by [[spoiler:Cranberry, during their time in Mao's School.]]

* GoodCounterpart: To Cranberry. Both of them are battle hungry Magical Girls with plant motifs on their costumes and are Mao Pam's students. However, while Cranberry wanted death matches, created conflicts to satisfy her desire, and will kill weaklings without a second thought, Marika doesn't kill unless necessary, mostly sought out existing conflicts, and won't fight weak Magical Girls since they're no fun.
