An all-female gaming group that meets separately from the male-dominated Muncie gaming community (though nearly all of them have other groups they play with regularly and for tournament purposes). They're also part of a larger organization of the same name that lobbies Hard8 and the TabletopGame/HackMaster Players' Association to change the sexist depictions of women and some of the more chauvinistic rules (such as the Strength penalty for female characters.) The local group is run by Patty Gauzweiler. Although the LoH are only rarely shown actually gaming, their membership includes most of the strip's prominent female gamers, including Sara, Patty, and several others.

!! Sheila Horowitz
[[quoteright:200:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/sheila_horowitz.jpg]]

First mentioned offscreen as the female gamer who beat up B.A. over an in-game dispute, Sheila didn't become an on-screen character for a long time. For a while she was nearly a nemesis of the Knights: then she rather unexpectedly started dating Bob - partly out of admiration for Bob's commitment to the game and partly because he needs mothering. Tends to play [[KnightInSourArmor Knight Errants]].
----
* AwwLookTheyReallyDoLoveEachOther: With Bob. As hard as she is on him, and as much as she talks down on/to him, she really ''does'' love him.
* BerserkButton: Brian in general hacks her off, but he really pushes her button when he ropes Bob into his schemes or takes advantage of him. And Brian put a brick on her button when he sent Bob to Hard 8 by mail and the box got ''lost in transit'', and then not even a few weeks later cons Bob into giving him Bob and Sheila's ''rent money'' to finance another scheme. It's only a small exaggeration to say Brian's lucky Sheila didn't kill him.
* DeadpanSnarker: She's got a biting comment for every occasion.
* TheDreaded: Where Brian is dreaded by gamemasters all over Muncie, Sheila is dreaded by pretty much everybody. She's got a nasty streak a mile wide, has a fondness for {{Disproportionate Retribution}}s and doesn't care overly much who gets caught in the crossfire.
* FourEyesZeroSoul: Played straight most of the time; Sheila is ''not'' a nice person and can in fact be decidedly ''awful'' to people around her -- but it gets subverted when she starts dating Bob and her gentler side comes forward a little more.
* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: When she finally meets Bob's father and realizes how abusive Bob Sr. is to his son, Sheila finally gets a look at what her treatment of Bob looks like from the outside, and it doesn't make her happy.
* TheRealMan: Gender-flipped. Possibly the only thing she and Bob have in common: they're there to kill things.
* SitcomArchEnemy: Has been this to B.A. and to Sara, but nowadays she regards her feud with Brian as SeriousBusiness.
* {{Tsundere}} Used to game with the Knights until B.A. accused her of cheating and they got in a fist fight. Sheila was the big reason the Knights were leery about letting Sara join the group.

[[folder: Bridget Keating]]
!! Bridget Keating
[[quoteright:200:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/bridget_keating.jpg]]

First introduced when the Knights players one by one get caught up in a Vampire LARP. Bridget was a clan leader and tended to use her *ahem* assets and her willingness to Cosplay along with her clan authority to get the guys to do whatever she wanted. Though she's calmed down she's still almost always seen in some kind of sexy cosplay outfit.
----

* ArtShift: Most strongly in early appearances. She's still drawn a lot less googly-eyed and scribble-fingered than the rest of the cast.
* IHaveBoobsYouMustObey: Most of the time, though hilariously subverted when she tried to charm her way past a KnightTemplar guarding the door at Gary Con.
* TheVamp: Happily uses her cosplay outfits and sex appeal to control others.

[[folder: Trish]]

[[quoteright:225:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/trish_53.jpg]]

An escort introduced to gaming by Tank. Basically nice.
----

* HighClassCallGirl: Works with a service and in good conditions.
* HookerWithAHeartOfGold: Technically an escort with a heart of gold. She's nice to Tank and even stands up for him to his friends. Later, she buys him some really nice gaming merchandise which, to judge Weird Pete's reaction, offset a good chunk of what Tank paid for her services.
* UglyGuyHotWife: Sort of. There was a lot of head-scratching in Muncie when Trish started showing up in public with Tank and appeared to be dating him.
