* GrumpyOldLady: [[spoiler: By the epilogue, despite [[SilverVixen aging remarkably well]], Integra is well aware that she's entering her twilight years, and isn't happy about it. Part of it because she's worried she'll die before seeing Alucard again.]]

* CatSmile: She has one in OVA/Volume 8. This was ''after'' [[spoiler: she drank Pip's blood, embraced true vampirism, and laid bloody waste to Zorin and her troops.]]

* {{Foil}}: Believe it or not, the the most direct opposite to Alucard more so than Anderson or The Major. While the other two had opposing traits to Alucard, they were more counterparts to him than true inverses. While alive, Alucard was a zealot who believed in enforcing righteousness through force, whereas Seras was a police officer and believed she had a duty to protect. Alucard kills without regard and enjoys every second of it, but Seras only kills when she has to and never really takes pleasure in (unless driven by a vampire's natural blood lust, but that's instinct, not will). Alucard became a vampire to escape his ruin, but Seras, who was put through absolute hell and had every reason to give up and let death take her, still cared enough about life that she wanted to keep living. Alucard takes the blood of other's indiscriminately without care, but Seras drank blood only once, reluctantly, and it was offered to her by the one she loved. Alucard's familiars are only puppets and slaves, but Seras' one familiar has his own will and her partner/lover. Lastly, Alucard seeks death and wants to die a fitting end at the hands of a strong human, but Seras wants to live and still has tremendous amounts of humanity left inside her.

* ParalyzingFearOfSexuality: Implied with her backstory, her being [[ConvenientlyAnOrphan conveniently]] [[VirginPower a virgin]] for her FirstEpisodeResurrection, and her tendency to [[BerserkButton flip out]] when groped or faced with "sexual harassment." Then again, who wouldn't have hang ups about sex after [[spoiler:being ForcedToWatch as your mother was killed and raped, [[{{Squick}} in that order]], [[HarmfulToMinors while you were a small child]]]]?
