[[/labelnote]]

A young girl who serves as the protagonist of the Hello Charlotte series.
----
* AmbiguousDisorder: Highly implied to have schizophrenia. The most damning evidence is the conclusion of the first game, in which Charlotte takes antipsychotic pills. After taking the medication, The House appears as an empty, but typical home. In addition, Magcat is revealed to be a regular cat. Furthermore, she is outright stated to be mentally-ill by Huxley.
* CheerfulChild: She's only 12 in Episode 1, but she's very cheerful for most of the game.
* CryCute: After C opens the changing room (which Charlotte was locked in) in Episode 2, he notes that she's crying, [[spoiler: but she isn't crying over getting locked in the changing room, what she witnessed with Frei.]]
** She's also crying in one of her Oracle sprites.
* DeityOfHumanOrigin: She becomes a god when she merges with the Oracle.
* DisappearedDad: Charlotte's father abandoned her a long time ago. Umbrella Man uses his body to talk to Charlotte.
* ExtraEyes: After merging with the Oracle, a vertical ThirdEye appears on her forehead and numerous others on the fleshy growths that the Oracle causes.
* FacialHorror: While merging with the Oracle, her face turns into a mass of muscle with multiple vertical eyes for a few seconds, and somehow she can still speak.
* GenocideFromTheInside: In the White End, she consumes everyone but Umbrella Man, effectively becoming the [[LastOfHisKind last of her kind.]]
* HeroicAlbino: Has extremely pale skin, white hair and white eyes, and is the protagonist of the first two games.
* HiveMind: In the White End, she merges with the Oracle and wishes to save everyone, which results in the ego of everyone (except the Umbrella Man) and their souls being consumed by Charlotte, leaving they bodies as empty husk that are just vessels for her.
* IllGirl: Throughout the second game, Charlotte is seen getting sicker and sicker. She frequently coughs up ink, and it is said to be a result of having The Oracle inside of her. In addition to this, she has been diagnosed by Huxley with heart wounds, implied to be SelfHarm.
* MonochromaticEyes: Her irises, pupils, and sclera are all white.

* PowerEchoes: In the White End, she merges with the Oracle and ends up eating the mind and soul of everyone else (except the Umbrella Man), leaving their bodies as husks that repeat whatever Charlotte does.
* RapunzelHair: Her hair is so long it goes past her waist. During her dreams the start of Episode 2, [[spoiler:before the Oracle wakes up, her hair is [[UpToEleven several times longer than herself]] (and goes offscreen so could be much longer.)]] Until she gets attacked by bullies who forcibly giver her a TraumaticHaircut.

** [[spoiler: After she gets home and Aiden tides her hair up, she ends up with the same hairstyle as a white haired Freya she killed (while possessed), which it turns out [[MyGodWhatHaveIDone was not good]] [[BreakTheCutie for her mental health.]]]]
* UnusualPetsForUnusualPeople: Charlotte certainly isn't normal, and she has a pet Magcat.[[note]]a maggot cat hybrid[[/note]]
** [[spoiler: As well as Magcat being a normal cat, Charlotte also has maggots as pets, which is likely where Magcat came from.]]
