A prince of Raginei and second in line for the throne. Rumaty first appears at Lee Leng's uncle's house in the greenhouse. He saves Kajika from a man trying to take advantage of her. They bond when they escape the mansion and are nearly killed in a assassination attempt. From their they quickly become friends, something Rumaty never experienced growing up. He and Kajika are noted to look alike by multiple characters.
