The sister of Ishtar and the goddess who rules the underworld, Irkalla, in Sumerian lore. She is the one who passes the laws and rules that dictate the underworld. She appears in the Babylonia chapter as an antagonist-come-ally. Her precise class is unclear and unmentioned in-game to date, though evidence points to either Caster, Lancer, or Assassin.
----
* {{Adorkable}}: She ''wants'' to be a hardass death god, but her enormous crush on the protagonist leads to her having a wealth of moments where she's both adorable and pretty silly. She notably has even more "goofy" expressions than Ishtar does, and her "delight" expression, for example, features ''[[http://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/screenshot_20161223_043723_copy.png twinkling happiness stars]]''.
** She also panics when she sees Fou in Chapter 7 of Babylon, thinking he was going to eat her, even calling him a Beast of Calamity. [[spoiler: She was right.]]
* AntiMagic: In the hard version of her boss fight, she will use a skill that locks all skills and NP every single turn. It has a good chance of missing, though.
* BackForTheFinale: Joins the protagonist in the battle within Solomon's Temple.
* DarkIsNotEvil: Despite being the actual member of the Goddess alliance unlike Ishtar and saying she wants humanity to reside in Irkalla, the protagonist and Gilgamesh both know she's only obeying her duty as the ruler of the underworld and prefers the living humanity over the dead.
* OurGhostsAreDifferent: Her boss form is a ghost monster. Though it's not her true appearance.
* GrandTheftMe: Possesses part of Rin Tohsaka just like her sister. Strangely enough her appearance resembles ''Fate/Extra'' Rin rather than normal Rin.
* HeelFaceTurn: Performs one in steps over the course of Babylonia, especially once she begins to develop some ''serious'' romantic feelings for the protagonist.
* HeroicSacrifice: Helps drag Tiamat down into her own domain and buffs the protagonists party for their battle against Tiamat, sacrificing her life in the process.
* LiteralSplitPersonality: Ishtar actually possesses one half of Rin. The other half went to Ereshkigal and was possessed by her.
* ShesGotLegs: Just like her sister, as per usual for Rin.
* SiblingRivalry: Has one with Ishtar. Even the trials she sets for the protagonist to answer are about which of them is better.
* {{Tsundere}}: Like Rin, and like Ishtar. A lot more obviously than either of them, even, due to loneliness, her resulting ''gigantic'' crush on the protagonist and her desperate attempts to look evil and uncaring.
* UnexplainedRecovery: She returns with the same form and memories she had in Babylonia for the battle against Solomon and his pillars, despite having mentioned that both would be lost after her HeroicSacrifice. Her compatriots do needle her a bit about this (as can the protagonist), but there's no real time to ask further in-universe.

Nezha is a protection deity in Chinese folk religion. Her official Taoist name is "Marshal of the Central Altar". She was then given the title "Third Lotus Princess" after she became a deity. In Journey to the West, Nezha was a general under her father, "Pagoda-wielding Heavenly King" Li Jing. She fought the Monkey King, Sun Wukong, when the latter rebelled against the Jade Emperor. They became friends later. Nezha made some appearances in the novel to help the four protagonists defeat powerful demons.

* PlayingWithFire: Has a pair of flaming wheels that she uses to fly.

'''Alignment''': LawfulGood

The King of Jerusalem and son of David. He controlled seventy-two demons of ArsGoetia in the Lesser Key of Solomon, and also created the modern system of magecraft used by magi today (before this, only those with a connection to the gods could use Magic). Solomon's death marked a great acceleration in the decline of mystery, leading to the demise of the Age of Gods, and the decline of magic.

He belongs to the Grand Caster class.
----
* TheArchmage: Easily the most powerful Magus of all time. He was responsible, in fact, for inventing the modern system of magecraft, earning him the title "King of Magic".
* AuthorityEqualsAsskicking: He was once King of the United Kingdom of Israel, handed down to him by David, and supposedly presided over its golden age. His powers are thus not for show. It is pointed out by Sherlock that [[spoiler: if his goal was simply to annihilate every stain of Mankind that has ever existed, he could've easily just done that in his own lifetime]].
** More fundamentally, Grand Servants are on a completely different level from lambda Servants [[InvertedTrope not]] [[AsskickingEqualsAuthority because of their actual quality as Heroic Spirits]] [[AuthorityEqualsAsskicking but because of their status as Grand]]: they aren't necessarily the absolute strongest in their Class ''per se'' (though they are selected among the strongest, obviously), but ''being summoned as Grand Servants'' instead of regular Servants is what makes them that much more powerful (in other words, Solomon would be nowhere near as powerful as he is here if he were simply summoned like any other Caster in a regular Grail War). At least, in theory, given [[spoiler: that he was Marisbilly's Servant and going by Marisbilly, he utterly crushed the Grail War competitors]].
* AntagonisticOffspring: For all intents and purposes, [[Characters/FateGrandOrderArchers David]], despite his shortcomings, is still an approachable and God-fearing man. Solomon, despite owing most of what he managed to bring to greatness from his father and his God, is solidly an antagonist in league with demons.
* AntiMagic: The ten rings he was given by God not only let him use ''all'' Magecraft, it allows him to shut it off for the rest of mankind entirely.
* BadassBookworm:
** Solomon is the wisest and greatest intellect concerning magical knowledge man has ever known. He even developed an operation technique that allowed humans to perform magic without the need of Gods or being backed by them, something that was required in the past. The power he attained through such knowledge makes him a world ending threat.
** Grand is a type of servant that only the strongest individual in that specific class can achieve. The Heroic Spirits in this container are beyond amazing, and the seven of them combined are essentially designed to save mankind from a threat that could end it entirely. Not only is Solomon Grand Caster, but he ''[[BackFromTheDead summoned himself]]'' as the Grand Caster. [[spoiler:Zigzagged. He's not Grand Caster, but a good deal of his threat is because even a normal summoned Solomon is incredibly powerful combined with the strength of the entire 72 Demon Pillars.]]
* BattleAura: He has a red demonic one. [[spoiler:This is from King Goetia possssing his body.]]
* BattleThemeMusic: [[https://youtu.be/mZqOCZVUH3w?t=22 A dark, foreboding and bombastic theme that just screams "you're fucked".]]
* BigBad: The true villain of Grand Order who manipulates everything from the shadows.
* CessationOfExistence: [[spoiler: Dr. Roman's sacrifice erases Solomon from the Throne of Heroes entirely.]]
* CharacterTitle: [[spoiler:The final Order, created by sending his temple into 2016 after Chaldea completed the impossible task of killing Tiamat, is simply called "Solomon", or rather "Salomon", the Latin variation of his name.]]
* {{Cloudcuckoolander}}: David mentions in the Okeanos arc that Solomon was always a weird child. Thus he had no idea what exactly the true Solomon thinks of mankind. It's revealed by Sherlock that even his personality is bizarre, as he will alays acts like one of the people he talks too. In Londinium he takes on the personality of Mordred, making him act and speak in a crude manner. [[spoiler:Subverted. Solomon was obedient to God and the people and wasn't weird at all.]]
* CurbStompBattle: When he shows up at the end of the London singularity. To note it's not so much as a battle as it is a hurricane throwing leaves in the wind. After you manage to kill a single Demon Pillar in the gameplay fight, he wipes out all of your allies in one blow, Andersen in another (that Mordred was blocking and ''still'' was nearly brought to her knees by) and then leaves after he's done telling you that you're less than a sub-threat.
* DeathGlare: The only skill he himself uses in his battle is Assessment and Observation which puts defensive debuffs and burns on your team. In ''Prison Tower'', it's said that his gaze is so heavy looking down at his targets' character, they will drown in their own flaws. For Servants, it causes those aforementioned effects. [[spoiler:For normal humans, it downright rips the target's mind out of their body, throws it into purgatory, and leaves it to rot there.]]
* DreamWalker: [[spoiler: He shows up in Babylonia's prologue in the form of Roman in Mashu's dreams in order to taunt her about how the grail can't save her life. He then shows up in her dreams again in the prologue to Grand Time Temple Solomon, this time to try and sway Mashu with visions of a utopian world, which Mashu rejects.]]
* EndOfAnEra: His death in history brought an end to a vast amount of mystery and accelerated the decline of the Age of Gods.
* EvilFeelsGood: He exclaims that tearing down mankind and it's achievements, legend by legend, minute by minute, life by life, is incredibly fun.
* EvilLaugh: You can hear him laughing after you defeat Halphas.
* EvilPlan: Destroy humanity in 2016 and then go back and wipe it out in multiple singularities one at a time. [[spoiler:Subverted in Camelot, where Sherlock points out he could have just destroyed humanity in his era if KillAllHumans was his goal. He incinerated humanity in 2016 because humanity ''was going to be destroyed by something else'' and it's required for whatever plan he actually has.]]
* EvilSoundsDeep: Thanks to his two voice talents.
* {{Expy}}: He is a king from an ancient era of mankind, whose glimpse at the modern world has led him to be dissatisfied with how humanity has seemingly degenerated, a dissatisfaction that has motivated his EvilPlan. He is explicitly far above other Heroic Spirits in raw power, commanding an EX-rank Noble Phantasm that can easily destroy the world, but holds back and likes to toy with his enemies. In other words--he and [[Characters/FateGrandOrderArchers Gilgamesh]] might actually agree on many things, [[TakesOneToKillOne if their egos will not make them clash with each other]].
* FinalBoss: Of both the Londinium arc and the game overall.
* FinalBossPreview: The Londinium fight exists mainly establish his power and be a set-up for a later, more climactic fight against him.
* {{Foil}}: Ultimately his Expyness actually marks him as different from Gilgamesh rather than the same. Whereas he seeks all of humanities annihilation, Gil believed worthy humans would live and he would lead them. Gilgamesh believes humanity ''will'' achieve their birthright of leaving the earth after his own glimpses of the future, while Solomon viewed mankind's actions as futile after his own glimpses of the past and future. Gil will only interfere with humanity if they summon him on the earth and he walks amongst the people for a time, while Solomon summons himself out of sheer disgust for what he sees. Gilgamesh's gifts were the product of Gods who sought to use him to control humanity, while Solomon was given his gifts from God for being wise. Even their alignments are opposite as Lawful and Chaotic Good, with Gilgamesh having even been a hero who saved humanity in ''Fate Extra CCC''.
* FourIsDeath: He is joined in battle by four unfought Goetia demons. He also killed four servants following the fight.
* GameFace: His battle sprite looks far more demonic than his cutscene sprites, presumably because he's channeling his demons' energy to fight.
* GrandTheftMe: [[spoiler:Demon King Goetia hijacked Solomon's body after he died to enact his plan.]]
* HistoricalVillainUpgrade: In the Bible Solomon is a wise and benevolent king (albeit a bit of a womanizer), in Fate Grand Order he is the BigBad. [[spoiler: However, it's averted in the end. The Solomon we've seen throughout the story is actually the Goetia demons using his body, while Roman, who is the actual Solomon BroughtDownToNormal is every bit as wise and heroic as he is in the Bible.]]
* JustToyingWithThem: He summons four Demon Gods during his boss fight in Londinium, but only uses one against the player and their Servants. The HP bar in the fight turns out to be the one of the Demon God that he ''is'' using, not Solomon's own, as shown when he does not fade at the end of the battle along with it. These make it very clear that he's not even approaching his full power during his fight, and chose to let them live because they aren't a threat.
-->'''Mordred''': "What, you're saying you only came here to piss on us!?"\\
'''Solomon''': "That's right! That's exactly right! Actually, you lot are even lower than piss! You mean nothing to me. Whether you live or die here is utterly inconsequential. Understand? I'm not overlooking you. You weren't worthy of my attention in the first place!"
** [[spoiler:Averted at the end of Babylonia. After Chaldea proves themselves as an actual threat by killing Tiamat, he decides to quit playing around and summons himself and his temple fully into 2016, intent on personally destroying them.]]
* KnightTemplar: Solomon has decided to wipe mankind out due to them not advancing enough since his death. Not only have they not achieved {{Immortality}} and surpassed death like the Bible tells that a sinless man can do, but have not left the planet either. Now he is actively incinerating human history and all it's built-up mystery and legends because he believes we can no longer achieve such things.
* LargeHam: If his battle quotes are any indication. But he actually has no personality of his own, and instead reflects whoever he's talking to. When you meet him in London, you're with Mordred and Andersen, so he appears as a profanity-laden trashtalker.
* LightEmUp: His third Noble Phantasm ''Ars Almadel Salomonis'' is a giant ring in the sky made up of billions of lights supported by all 72 demons of the ArsGoetia, allowing it to exist in all points of history simultaneously. Each light has equal power to Excalibur. That circle you see around the planet whenever you leyshift? ''That's his Noble Phantasm''.
* MagicRing: He received ten rings from God after he asked for wisdom, and are classified on his sheet as a Skill called "Solomon's Ring". They mark him as the ancestor of all magecraft, and with them all combined he can control all Magecraft, as well as shut it off entirely. Mashu eventually recalls that Solomon has nine golds rings and one silver, [[spoiler: and Roman has a gold ring he claims is from his divorced marriage]].
* MagicalEye: The other reason he let you live at the end of Chapter 4 is because merely having eye contact with him will eventually result in ''your soul being ripped out of your body''.
* TheManBehindTheMonsters: He is the one leading the ArsGoetia demons as they disrupt history and bring the world to ruin.
* MarkOfTheBeast: [[spoiler:Quite literally. The black facial markings are a result of Goetia's possession and weren't there when Solomon himself was summoned as a Servant.]]
* MentalWorld: His second Noble Phantasm is his Temple of Solomon, manifesting as a Reality Marble.
* NightmareFace: [[http://i.imgur.com/y5U47d6l.jpg Jesus Christ, someone save us]].
* NotTheIntendedUse:
** As revealed in Babylonia by Merlin, Grands were supposed to be summoned to combat the Beast servants, the Seven Evils of Mankind. That Solomon is not only using Tiamat, one of the Beasts, to help him destroy mankind, but [[spoiler: may also have a Beast himself, as his Noble Phantasm, Ars Armadel Salomonis, is called Original Sin I, where Tiamat is II]], was probably not how the system put in place intended it to go. [[spoiler:Subverted. Solomon was never summoned into the Grand Caster vessel (which is why his class always reads as Caster in battle). Goetia lied in order to make possessed Solomon more terrifying.]]
* PowerTattoo: He has them on his eyes and running through his arms--likely an indication of his control over the demons of the ArsGoetia.
* RedBaron: The King of Magic.
* RedAndBlackAndEvilAllOver: Despite being offset by silver armor, he still has a noticeable amount of these colors on him, which helps denote how nasty he is. [[spoiler: His normal, non-possessed form, lacks the red aura but maintains the red and black.]]
* SpeakOfTheDevil: None of the Servants speak his name after Chapter 4, with everyone referring to him as the King of Magic. They're all afraid of bringing his attention by saying his name. Dantes even chastises you for saying it out loud in the prison.
* SpikesOfVillainy: His outfit is surprisingly razor-edged and spiky for a Caster, added to the fact that he is a King. [[spoiler: Even when not possessed, his outfit is still very spiky.]]
* {{Seers}}: He has EX ranked Clairvoyance that allows him to see the past and future.
* SquishyWizard: Subverted. His stat sheet gives him E-rank Endurance, the lowest possible rank for a Servant, but if his battle animations are any indication, whatever damage he would take seems to be redirected to his Goetia demons.
* SummonMagic: He has this as one of his skills and it's ranked EX. Using this he can summon the Goetia to do his bidding.
* SuperEmpowering: Can grant others the ability to manifest as one of his Goetia demons via a Holy Grail (usually with them as a vessel, though not always), each of whom are able to surpass Heroic Spirits in power.
* TempleOfDoom: According to the Lion King, the final Grail is the gateway to his Temple of God.
* VoiceOfTheLegion: He's voiced by both Sugita and Nakata giving his voice this influence.
* WhiteHairBlackHeart: He's borderline copying [[VideoGame/FinalFantasyVII Sephiroth]] at this point.
* YouCantThwartStageOne: Has already destroyed the Earth of 2016 with his demons. Although this is later revealed to be phase two of his plans.

----
* AntiVillain: He has noble intentions, but his personality leads him to antagonize and be a dick to almost everyone. Especially Medea (Lily) when things aren't going his way.
* ArcVillain: Of Okeanos, somewhat, after Blackbeard leaves center stage as the DiscOneFinalBoss.
* CharmPerson: He has little more combat power than an above average human, but his charisma and abilities as a leader is off the charts, to the point where even a fully berserking Heracles follows his commands. Though described as a "useless person" when it comes to battle, he is an inhuman monster in eloquence who organized the Argonauts with just his immense charm.
* {{Expy}}: He's got more than a little in common with Shinji Matou: ambition and avarice, sniveling cowardice, having a lack of combat ability and yet being allied with very powerful Servants, [[spoiler:being converted into the vessel for a demon god]], and so forth. Even his facial expressions can make him seem like Shinji wearing a blonde wig.
* {{Fanboy}}: Of his ally Heracles. He does not take his death because of the Ark well.
* HeelFaceTurn: Joins the protagonist and all of his other former enemies against Solomon and the pillars in the final singularity.

* TheUnfought: Jason is never actually fought by the player, [[spoiler:until he's been converted into a vessel for Forneus.]] This is likely because his combat abilities are so low that he has to rely on allies to fight for him.

* GenderFlip: At this point, is it any wonder? Like Xuanzang, though, this is another one with a good deal of history behind it: Nezha is often depicted as a very pretty {{Bishonen}}, as completely gender-ambiguous, or, just like Xuanzang, is often played by female actresses in adaptations of the legend.
* PlayingWithFire: Has a pair of flaming wheels that she uses to fly.
* VitriolicBestBuds: With Wukong. They always fight whenever they see each other, but she often helps Wukong's party throughout their journey.

->'''Character Design''': \\
'''CV''':\\
'''Origin:''' [[Myth/KingArthur Arthurian mythology]]\\
'''First appearance:''' ''Fate/Grand Order''\\
'''Rarity''': \\
'''Alignment''':

One of the Knights of the Round Table, and the second-youngest of the "Orkney siblings". In ''Grand Order'', she sided with the Lion King during the Round Table's initial summoning and invasion of Jerusalem, but just couldn't take the strain of what she had to do and eventually arranged her own death at the hands of her fellows, all of whom keenly feel her loss by the time the player arrives. Her class is largely unknown, although it was presumably either one of the three Knight classes, or Rider.

* AllThereInTheManual: A good bit of the extant information about her comes from the "Camelot Zero" prologue Nasu posted on his blog and from the ''Garden of Avalon'' novella & drama CD.
* BeautyIsNeverTarnished: ''Thoroughly'' averted. The mental weight of her actions had led to serious disfigurement of her usually-gorgeous hands and to the toll of no sleep being obvious on her face by the time she chose to sacrifice herself.
* CynicismCatalyst: Of the literal "Dead Little Sister" type; her sacrificial Servant-death fighting the false Richard I was this for the surviving Lion Knights, particularly Gawain, who lost what little remained of his former morality on having to drive Excalibur Galatine through his own little sister to slay Richard.
* DeathByIrony:
** In her backstory. In life, she met her end when she and Gaheris had to fight Lancelot when he came to rescue Guinevere from Agravain's accusations of adultery and treason. She utterly idolized Lancelot... and met her death on Arondight's edge. The exact circumstances of this have yet to be elaborated on.
** Interestingly, she [[EasilyForgiven doesn't seem to hold a grudge]] about this, as she still idolizes him and sides with the Lion King because of him when summoned to Jerusalem.
* GenderFlip: Gareth was thought to be a girl because of Agravain's interactions with Xuanzang and a certain comment that Bedivere makes toward the end of the Camelot chapter; this was confirmed by Nasu on his blog.
* TheHeart:
** Seems to have been this for a good part of the Round Table - she kept her siblings from fighting like they would otherwise (although she's still noted as having had a somewhat troubled relationship with Agravain [[HeManWomanHater for reasons]]), she seems to have been the nearest thing Mordred had to a friend on the Round Table, she ''idolized'' Lancelot and seems to have helped him with some of his earlier problems, and the Lion King's court in the Camelot singularity is clearly an emptier and colder place without her, going by the comments of several of the other knights.
** And, in the wider backstory, much like Agravain her death at Lancelot's hands was a major catalyst for the original, living Round Table falling apart.
* PosthumousCharacter: She's the first of the Lion King's loyal knights to die in the Camelot singularity, which happened before Chaldea arrived.
* SuicideByCop: By restraining the Richard I imposter, she sacrificed herself to ensure his death. She did this because she couldn't bear the grief of killing her comrades and wished to die because of what she had done to her fellow "disloyal" knights and then the people of Jerusalem. And it's suicide by ''cop'' because her older brother had to deal the killing blow to Richard ''through'' her.
* TheUnseen: We know a decent bit about her and her influence on the backstory to the Camelot singularity is fairly considerable, but she's never appeared on-camera in a ''Fate'' work yet, nor even had design sketches revealed.

Second-eldest of the "Orkney Siblings" and the least popular knight of the Round Table, since virtually everyone suspected he was planted there by his scheming mother Morgan. One of the few knights to know the king's true gender, he also uncovered Lancelot's affair with Guinevere and was subsequently killed. His death, along with that of his siblings Gareth and Gaheris, started the end of the historical Camelot as the knights fell to infighting and civil war.

In the Camelot singularity, he is the Lion King's most [[TheDragon trusted advisor]].

Not once but twice has Lancelot betrayed the king, yet Agravain has stayed loyal to the end. He's so angered that he takes the drug made for grunt knights and actually manages to ''win'' their duel, returning to Artoria dying from an overdose of what he took.]]
* EmbarrassingNickname: Xuanzang calls him Akkun, much to the shock of his knights. He doesn't seem to care either.
* {{Foil}}: To, of all people, [[spoiler:Bedivere. Both men actually loved and were bulldog-loyal to Artoria for the same reason - they knew she absolutely ''was'' the most qualified person to be king, and she had a vision for what Britain should be that they agreed with entirely. But while Bedivere loved how she, ultimately, related to the common man, Agravain was utterly obsessed with her larger picture and, like Artoria did on the surface, tended to ignore individuals, including his fellow knights, which is why he tended to alienate people. Moreover, while Bedivere couldn't bring himself to carry out her final order because it would mean her death, Agravain perhaps follows her orders ''too'' closely, particularly in the singularity, when he could be a great help in reining the Lion King in and making her see reason.]]
* TheFriendNobodyLikes: Apart from Galahad, who was known as a good judge of character despite being TheDitz, and Gareth, who was apparently just [[TheHeart way too nice]] to truly hate anyone, least of all her own sibling (though they still had their problems), all the other knights detested him. [[spoiler:His king, however, valued him just as much as the other knights and says he always worked too hard.]]
* TheHeart: In a rather bizarre fashion, he held the Round Table together. Sure, everyone but Galahad (and to some extent, Gareth) hated him, but they were united with him around. After he was murdered by Lancelot, it signaled the beginning of the end.
* HeManWomanHater: He generally hates women, going so far as [[spoiler:to call his mother a treacherous whore and having a special hatred for Guinevere for her supposed purity yet cheating on the king.]] Though he does seem to make a bit of an exception for Xuanzang, who is admittedly ''way'' too friendly and straightforward for his usual idea of women being "traitorous bitches" - which in turn apparently reminds him of his sister, who seems to be one of the few other exceptions to this (although it's noted at one point that they still had a relationship that could, at best, be described as "complex"). The final exception, of course, is Artoria herself.
* IdenticalStranger: Agravain looks like a grimmer-yet-less-grotesque version of Gilles de Rais (somewhere between his [[Characters/FateGrandOrderSabers Saber]] and [[Characters/FateGrandOrderCasters Caster]] incarnations). Considering his character arc being defined by his obsessive loyalty, it's oddly appropriate.
* RedHerring: Over the course of the story, it becomes suggested that [[spoiler: he's planning to betray Lion King as he's the only knight who didn't accept her blessing, meaning he could try to kill her and he's been doing some suspicious stuff without her authorization. The rug gets pulled when he rants about his loyalty to their king at Lancelot, angered at how a proven traitor could accuse him of being disloyal and planning to kill their king.]]
* UndyingLoyalty: He was sent by Morgan to prepare the way for her to rule Britain. [[spoiler:Agravain himself didn't like her though but went along with it because Britain needed a strong king. However, he was extremely impressed with Artoria and devoted himself wholeheartedly to his king. Lancelot is shocked at his loyalty because like everyone else he had always assumed that Agravain was a scheming traitor.]]
* TheUnfought: He never fights the protagonist himself, leaving it up to his {{Mooks}}.
* WeCanRuleTogether: He offers Xuanzang the position that Gareth used to hold among the knights of the Round Table. The offer is seemingly genuine, despite his hatred of women. She actually does consider it as, like Galahad, she actually likes him just fine.
* WhatTheHellHero: [[spoiler:Near the end of Camelot, Lancelot's morals get the better of him and he finally turns on what Artoria has become. Agravain is furious that he has betrayed his king a second time and calls him out on it, engaging him in a duel that he actually wins, though he dies from the drugs he took to win in the process.]]
* ZeroApprovalGambit: He hates almost everyone and seemed to go out of his way to make them hate him too. Their hatred may have helped to keep them united: his death led to the fall of Camelot as it fell into civil war.

'''Origin:''' Literature (''Literature/SherlockHolmes'')\\
'''First Appearance''': ''A Study in the Colors of Ravens' Feathers'' (A short story written by Hikaru Sakurai published in TM Ace Vol. 11)\\
'''Rarity''': \\
'''Alignment''':

The great detective himself and a possible Caster-class Servant. He shows up in Camelot and stars in a short story from Watson's perspective. He also shows up again in Shinjuku as an ally, [[spoiler:disguised as Edmond Dantes]].

* {{Archenemy}}: Do we even need to mention it?
* {{Bishonen}}: One of the reasons [[spoiler:Moriarty]] takes fault with him since the latter as a Servant is an old man in his fifties while Holmes as a Servant is this.
* BrutalHonesty: As he says himself, he doesn't hold back at all with what he says.
--> "Sherlock Holmes never holds his tongue, never controls himself, and never passes up a chance to annoy people!"
* DistinguishedGentlemansPipe: He's holding one in his artwork.
* EntertaininglyWrong: His suspicions of Roman have some solid logic behind them: He has no records prior to 2004 when he helped Marisbilly, who later died, committing suicide, to win the Holy Grail War, has a mysterious gold ring and wasn't watching the first leyshift, thus ending up missing the explosion that killed most of the staff and critically hurt most of the Masters, becoming head of Chaldea. [[spoiler: Of course, the truth is more complicated than that, and the good doctor was always on the protagonist's side.]]
* HeroOfAnotherStory: He's been busy figuring out why the future stops at 2016 and what Solomon's up to and jumping between singularities while doing so. He found the books on the Servant summoning system and left them behind in the library for the party to find.
* ImposterForgotOneDetail: He borrows the Count of Monte Cristo's power and identity for a while in Shinjuku... but blows his cover to the protagonist within seconds, as he introduces himself as Edmond Dantès, something the real deal would ''[[ThatManIsDead never]]'' do. In a bit of GameplayAndStoryIntegration, as even with this borrowed power he is still not a very good fighter, he joins the party at a lower level than even the chapter's {{Mooks}}, in contrast to Avenger's usually maxed out stats.
* InsufferableGenius: He loves rubbing his big brain in everybody's face, and is very aware that it pisses people off. After Bedivere spent most of Camelot saying finding the identity of Mashu's Heroic Spirit is ThisIsSomethingShesGotToDoHerself, he just goes and spoils it because "it was obvious".
* IShallReturn: He doesn't trust Dr. Roman and won't join up with the others to avoid contact with him. But he promises before they part ways that they'll meet again in a big city like London. [[spoiler:This is fulfilled when he appears in Shinjuku and come with you to Chaldea afterwards, but isn't currently playable yet.]]
* MrExposition: He explains to the party what he's discovered so far and correlates it with the information in the Hermes supercomputer archive. He also explains general things like what Atlas Academy is.
* NonActionGuy: His existence is unstable when he meets the party so he asks them to fight off the traps in Atlas for him. He also doesn't fight at all in Shinjuku.
* OddFriendship: Was friends with the polite, justice loving Jekyll when he was alive.
* OOCIsSeriousBusiness: In the story about him and Jekyll, Watson notes that Holmes taking Jekyll's suicide as a personal case is unheard of due to him never taking personal cases.
* PrivateDetective: He was hired by Babbage to investigate whatever's been going on behind the scenes.
* {{Shapeshifter}}: He can transform into other people, as showcased in [[spoiler:Shinjuku where he impersonates Edmond Dantes.]]
* ShoutOut: This particular iteration of Holmes is noticeably younger and very much a {{Bishonen}} that he is almost a dead-ringer for Creator/BenedictCumberbatch's portrayal of him in ''{{Series/Sherlock}}'' (minus the wavy hair), particularly in [[Recap/SherlockSpecialTheAbominableBride "The Abominable Bride."]] His outfit (apart from the contraptions in his hands) [[http://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/vlcsnap_2016_08_12_00h13m41s187.png is virtually lifted off that particular episode]].

The son-consort of Tiamat in Sumerian lore, born to aid her in the battle of the gods after they killed her husband Apsu. Kingu's soul is placed into the body of Enkidu in the Babylonia chapter, acting as an antagonist.

* DeadPersonImpersonation: He pretends to be Enkidu having undergone a FaceHeelTurn, claiming that he's returning to his original purpose as a Noble Phantasm of the gods. However, he gets quickly identified as a faker, often being called "Fake Enkidu" by others before his true name is revealed.
* TheDragon: To Gorgon. Subverted with Tiamat. He was always a disposable in her eyes.
* HeelFaceTurn: After being discarded by Tiamat, affected by Enkidu's lingering emotions, rescued by a Lahmu who thought he was Enkidu, and Gilgamesh giving him one of his grails to replace Enkidu's lost one, Kingu decides to join the heroes and embrace being his own person.
* HeroicSacrifice: Becomes the Chains of Heaven in order to bind Tiamat in the final battle, dying in the process and earning a place in the Throne of Heroes as his own person.
* OddFriendship: With Gorgon and eventually Gilgamesh after he views him as a friend and not due to Enkidu's lingering feelings.
* UnwittingPawn: He initially did not know he was just a soul that was never birthed from Tiamat that was put into Enkidu's body as part of her plans. Once he sees the "new humanity" known as [[EldritchAbomination Lahmu]] and them ripping out the grail in his chest does he realize he was a pawn [[YouHaveOutLivedYourUsefulness to be discarded]].
* WhatIsThisThingYouCallLove: He has trouble dealing with the remnants of Enkidu's emotions that still reside in his body. As he was dying he even went to the Heavenly Hill where Gil and Enkidu first met, having been guided there by his emotions.
* TheWorfEffect: He's stronger than most Servants through the sheer virtue of possessing Enkidu's body - the actual thing, and not an emanation like human-summoned Servants are - but he still gets manhandled by Quetzalcoatl, who as a Divine Spirit has dominion over Enkidu.
* WouldntHurtAChild: Kingu and Gorgon take care of the children of the humans they slaughtered at her temple, seeing them as innocents. Ushiwakamaru taunts him about how this goes against their ultimate goals.

----
* BigLittleBrother: He's a very lanky guy, so he ends up towering over his shorter older sister.
* {{Bishonen}}: He's got a very StrongFamilyResemblance going on with Nobu, so he ends up looking like a male Nobu.
* ButtMonkey: Poor dude had his moment of glory for all of five minutes before Nobunaga and Chaldea's crew walked back onto the scene, at which point he gets relegated to comedy and desperate attempts at backstabbing. Doesn't help that for a wannabe ruler, he is actually fairly weak-willed and quite the crybaby.
* FamousLastWords: [[spoiler: Before he vanishes, he says he'll leave the rest to his sister. Nobunaga's annoyed that he's said this twice.]]
* FlamingHair: The end of his ponytail appears to burst into flames.
* HiddenDepths: Apparently, his rebellions were actually well-intentioned forms of ThanatosGambit. It turns out that he didn't actually want to lead but was basically painting a giant target on his forehead so that Nobunaga would have an excuse to purge him and the elders who caused trouble for her because they didn't want a female leader. He knows perfectly well that he's incompetent.
* IdentityImpersonator: He took over the shogunate as Oda Nobunaga. Unfortunately for him, he wasn't expecting Chacha to actually go fetch the real deal.
* NiceHat: Seems to be standard Oda clan headgear, as both Chacha and Nobu wear similar hats. His isn't as fancy as theirs, though.
* TheStarscream: He wants to be. He wants it so badly. Unfortunately, he's ''terrible'' at it.
** Historically, he plotted coups against Nobunaga ''twice'', failed both times, and only survived the first because their mother vouched for him.
** In the second chapter of the event, he abandons the Oda Clan to join the American tech revolutionists lead by Tesla and Edison. In this case, he's trying to make an eternal paradise for himself and his sister, but she's not interested.

* BadassBookworm:
* NotTheIntendedUse:
