* TookALevelInJerkass: Following [[spoiler:her two consecutive losses and her being deceived by Fair Devotion in Case 2]], Luna starts Case 3 acting much colder, even acting belligerent when Phoenix [[spoiler: attempts to assuage her guilt over her previous failing.]] She even responds a lot of Sonata's cross-examination questions by assuming the worst of her morality or competence and criticising her for them. It goes to the point that she accuses Rainbow Dash, the Element of Loyalty who's helped save Equestria countless times at this point, of having a "blackguarded heart" when establishing her motive.

Added DiffLines:

* {{Hypocrite}}: When discussing Rainbow's motive, she claims that Rainbow and Streamline's argument when the former accused the latter of being a cheater came from a place of hatred strong enough to compel her to commit murder. Moments later when Sonata and Phoenix attempt to call her out on her leap in logic, she gets heated enough to accuse Rainbow Dash of having "blackguard heart" for not displaying any obvious signs of guilt for both the insult or the murder, despite her culpability in the latter remaining unproven.

Added DiffLines:

* ShutUpHannibal: A very polite one. [[spoiler: In the {{Flashback}} in Case 3, when Trixie goes about her usual arrogant boasting after his case summary, Private Eye gently chides that such behaviour isn't usually expected of a practitioner of Law, saying that the police, defence and prosecution are representatives of the courts and should act in a manner that inspires respect.]]

Added DiffLines:

* {{Sleepyhead}}: Due to being in charge of both of the cases in Case 3, Philo ends up showing up to Rainbow's very tired, even dozing off a few times.
