Notably, Night Shade chased the pegasus stallion all the way to Neighpon, where the Black Heron Corpse Investigation Team also pursued the target to try bring him to justice themselves after they were tipped off by a dead "client" who ran afoul of the runaway criminal. The intersecting pursuits led to the pegasus stallion running straight into Night Shade's grasp, though Night Shade thanked the Black Herons for their help. His dogged determination in seeing criminals brought to justice has led to quite a few horror stories, though after his HeelFaceTurn, he has tempered that determination with his burning curiosity to find the truth and reasoning behind all crimes.
