[[folder:The High Override]]
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/unknown_06.png]]
[[caption-width-right:350:"Who dares to defy the will of... The High Override?!]]
-->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/FredTatasciore

The leader of the Fulminis, he invades other planets to search for energy to keep his homeworld together.
----
* AttackOfThe50FootWhatever: He is simply gigantic, around the size of Way Big.
* BadassBoast: "Entire galaxies bow before me, and you will be no exception."
** He gives another when he banishes Vilgax in the Null Void. " The High Override does not deal. He conquers!"
* BadassCape: A giant purple one made of energy.
* BatmanGambit: [[spoiler: When Shock Rock's DNA got unlocked, it kept sending signals towards Fulmas whenever Ben transformed. He was able to use it to influence Ben (who used him well enough by that point) in building a machine to create a passage through the Omnitrix to start the invasion.]]
* BigBadEnsemble: With Vilgax for Season Two. He's not revealed until the five-part finale, but every time Ben transforms into Shock Rock throughout the season, he's unwittingly advancing High Override's agenda.
* ConservationOfNinjutsu: Not him per say, rather his Fulmini army. Ben as Shock Rock, a lone Fulmini, was able to give Vilgax a very hard time. But a whole army of them? Vilgax knocks scores of them down like bowling pins.
** Possibly Justified, as Shock Rock is a peak Fulmini, while the soldiers are just lesser, seemingly mindless henchmen.
* EnergyAbsorption: He can absorb the essence of his soldiers to make himself more powerful. He can also do the opposite and give new life to them.
* EnergyBeing: Like all Fulminis, he is made of living energy.
* EvilVersusEvil: Vilgax is pitted against him, as he is a big enough threat even Vilgax doesn't want him around.
* {{Expy}}: Of Zs'Skayr. Both responsible for one of Ben's aliens going rogue (Ghostfreak and Shock Rock respectively), both are the power-hungry leaders of their species and desire to invade Earth along with any other planet they can find, both serve as the BigBad of the final arc of a season, and both led to an EnemyMine between Ben and Vilgax.
* GalacticConqueror: As his BadassBoast implies.
* KnightOfCerebus: He is not funny or silly in any way. Simply the fact that he was coming prompted Vilgax to ally with Ben.
* MindControl: He can take control of all his soldiers, as well as Ben when he is transformed in Shock Rock. [[spoiler:Ben was able to break free when the High Override ordered him to kill his family.]]
* PunyEarthling: He has a low opinion of humans, ever after Ben, [[spoiler:Gwen and Max]] transform with the Omnitrix to fight him.
** It's implied he has not a good opinion of any species apart from his own: when Ben turned into Omni-Enhanced Four Arms, he refers to him as "Useless Tetramand".
* SpellMyNameWithAThe: He always put a "the" in front of his title when talking about himself.
* ThroneMadeOfX: He builds one with hundreds of his own soldiers.
* WhoDares: His first physical appearance had him asking who dared to challenge him.

[[folder:Forever Knight]]
!!Forever Knight
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/forever_knight_8.png]]
->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/RogerCraigSmith

A mysterious individual who coats himself in high-tech medieval-looking armor and is currently studying Ben and Kevin.

->For the Forever Knights of the classic series, see [[Characters/Ben10ForeverKnights this page]].
----
* AdaptedOut: The rest of the organization seems to have been removed from the reboot, in favor of making the Forever Knight an independent antagonist with his own henchmen instead.
* BigBad: Of Season 3 in the reboot. He's been gathering several of Ben's villains for his plot to go back in time and prevent aliens from ever visiting Earth, thus allowing him to rule it uncontested.
* BigBadEnsemble: With Kevin 11 in season 3 after Kevin refused his offer to join him.
* BullyingADragon: He does that as a BatmanGambit in "Don't Touch": after Ben busts his armor, he has no way to avoid capture... so he gives Ben (who was Humungosaurus at the time) a [[ReasonYouSuckSpeech breaking speech]] in order to make the kid angry enough to hit him and send him flying. That's right, he actually used [[ATwinkleInTheSky Team Rocket's]] RunningGag to his advantage.
* BrainUploading: After being stuck in the past, he prevails by transferring his consciousness into his helmet and hijacking other bodies.
* CompositeCharacter: "Forever Knight" is now a single individual rather than an organization. He appears to be predominantly modeled after Driscoll, with all-covering armor, and forming a team (composed primarily of Ben's enemies) for his own purposes. However his color scheme is more similar to Enoch, with its emphasis on gray, dark red, and yellow colors. He is a robotic being much like the Forever Ninja. His status as a centuries old being with the goal to [[spoiler:protect Earth from potential invaders]] takes after Sir George from ''Ultimate Alien''.
* ContrastingSequelAntagonist: Unlike Vilgax and High Override, he's an independent Earth-based villain rather than an alien invader with an army behind him.
* DemotedToExtra: Much like Kevin, he goes from part of the BigBadEnsemble of Season 3 from just an occasionally recurring villain in Season 4.
* TheFaceless: We still haven't seen him without his helm. The most we saw of his face is when Humungosaurus cracked his helm in "Don't Touch" showing he is a young, Caucasian man.
* EnergyWeapon: His suit can create a mace, a whip and a shield.
* EvilMentor: Even more so than Vilgax, actively training kids into doing his bidding. And to his credit, they do get more threatening upon joining him, as evidenced by their reappearances before the finale being more imposing threats. [[spoiler: Ben is no exception either, as he wiped the floor with Charmcaster, Billy and Kevin simultaneously against him in a matter of ''seconds''.]]
* {{Expy}}: He hides in the shadows, observes things from a monitor screen, hides his face behind a mask, is an incredibly effective fighter whenever he steps out to do things himself, and has a mysterious agenda based around recruiting young people...including corrupting the show's hero. Sounds a lot like [[WesternAnimation/TeenTitans2003 Slade]], doesn't it?
* KnightOfCerebus: He is working toward constructing his own supervillain team, has no quirks or funny aspects, can hold his own against [[TheAce Shock Rock]] and [[TheBigGuy Humongosaur]], and delivered to Ben a harsh TheReasonYouSuckSpeech in their first meeting.
* KnightTemplar: [[spoiler:He legitimately feels that the Omnitrix only places Earth in greater danger, and his plan is to go back in time and prevent it from coming to Earth. Unfortunately, true to form when it comes to the Forever Knights in this franchise, he also is self-righteous enough to believe that he would make the ideal supreme ruler of Earth once this is accomplished.]]
* LegionOfDoom: He works toward building one throughout Season 3. [[spoiler:Uniquely for this trope, the hero ends up as one of the recruits.]]
* MythologyGag: Recruiting a team of Ben's enemies is exactly what the Forever King Driscoll did the in the Original Series. [[spoiler:This time, however, ''Ben'' is also part of the team.]]
* PoweredArmor: It looks like a classic medieval knight's and gives him the strength to fight Ben's alien more or less on equal term.
* TheReasonYouSuckSpeech: Gives a ''brutal'' one to Ben in "Don't Touch" when they first meet. What makes it so effective it that his arguments are actually doubts Ben had about himself in season 2.
-->'''Ben:''' You don't know me!\\
'''FK:''' Don't I? You are a child, in over his head, who is using borrowed power from technology you can't even control!\\
'''Ben:''' Um... you are wrong!\\
'''FK:''' And you think you know power? But without your technology, what would you be?\\
'''Ben:''' I...\\
'''FK:''' Just a weak, useless, scared little boy hiding from his own pathetic mediocrity! ''(All while Ben is increasingly telling him to stop)''
* SinisterSurveillance: Uses a drone to observe Ben's battle and decide which villain to recruit.
* SpellMyNameWithAThe: Subverted. Everyone in-series calls him "Forever Knight" instead of "the Forever Knight", as if it was his name, rather than a title.
* VillainTakesAnInterest: He is impressed by both Ben's and Kevin's alien forms and wishes to bring the two kids to his side.
** [[spoiler:"Roundabout" amps this up for Ben. Once Forever Knight put his plan into motion, he stopped caring for the other Squires and insisted on Ben being there to aid him. Justified as only Ben can find the signals Forever Knight is looking for, but even then, he completely disregards the rest of the team he gathered and goes as far as calling Kevin a knockoff of Ben despite complimenting Kevin's aliens earlier, proving he only really cared about bringing Ben to his side since the beginning. Even on the brink of losing, he orders Kevin to bring him Ben instead of telling him to come back.]]
* WellIntentionedExtremist: Played with. [[spoiler:He does believe his goal to RetGone all aliens from Earth is a righteous one, but also wants it so that he can become the unopposed supreme ruler of the world out of sheer arrogance and entitlement.]]
* WhyAreYouNotMySon: Non-family example, although the theme is present. He subjects Kevin (who has parental issues) to this to the end by comparing him to Ben, and his actions in Roundabout make it clear he favors Ben over him, even for the sake of an evil plan.

[[folder:The Xerge]]
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/xerge.png]]

A HiveMind invading Earth in the "Ben 10,010" special.
----
* ArcVillain: Of "Ben 10,010".
* {{Expy}}: Their status as a HiveMind whose species becomes one of Ben's aliens make them seem to be an adaptation of the Hive from the original continuity.
* HiveMind: The species are a collection of tiny nanomachines that combine together.
* StarterVillain: The main antagonists for the first of the Season 5 specials.

[[folder:Alien X]]
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tinction_115.png]]
[[caption-width-right:350:"I leave you with your life. Consider it a gift."]]
[[caption-width-right:150:[[labelnote:Click here to see his true identity]]https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/ben_10000.png[[/labelnote]]]]
-->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/FredTatasciore

A mysterious Celestialsapien traveling the multiverse, stealing the Omnitrixes from each one.
----
* AdaptationalVillainy: [[spoiler:This alien form is used by an evil Ben Tennyson, rather than the current version.]]
* AdaptationalWimp: [[spoiler:The original Alien X was able to survive the destruction of the universe, making him NighInvulnerable to almost everything (save for maybe a Chronosapien Time Bomb). This Alien X is defeated by Ben's normal aliens, albeit, from a coordinated effort of several Bens from across the multiverse and loses out in a fistfight to Four Arms. In addition, his reality-warping powers are much more limited than the nigh-omnipotence that the original Alien X had. This [[AmbiguousSituation might]] be justified given that Ben gained Alien X by accident upon destroying the Omnitrix symbol in his backstory.]]
* AdaptedOut: [[spoiler:There is no mention of Serena and Bellicus, with Ben having full control over Alien X. Though, whether they exist or not remains unclear as seen in AmbiguousSitation below.]]
* AlternateSelf: [[spoiler:He is another Ben Tennyson. Technically, he is an alternate Ben 10,000 as he is much older than the 10- and 16-year-old Bens he fought, though the diverging point seemed to happen when he was 10. This Ben is an arrogant, selfish {{Jerkass}} who went on his path of villainy after losing his Gwen and Max to Vilgax and acquiring his Alien X form not soon after.]]
* AmbiguousSituation:
** [[spoiler:Alien X would sometimes refer to himself in first person plural using phrases like "'''we''' are infinite" and "now it is '''our''' turn", indicating that Serena and Bellicus might exist and is in full agreement with Ben. However, given this version of Ben having obvious mental and emotional instability, it could be a case of him using the RoyalWe to sound more intimidating at times. Furthermore, this Ben gained the Alien X transformation by accident upon destroying the Omnitrix symbol as Four Arms in a possible murder-suicide with Vilgax, and as a result, Alien X lacks the SplitPersonality handicap like its usual brethren.]]
** [[spoiler:Unlike the classic continuity, this Alien-X lacks most of the omnipotence to its power as a RealityWarper. But whether it's due to AdaptationalWimp or the nature of how Ben got this alien transformation is not clear.]]
* AntagonistTitle: The titular antagonist of '''Alien X'''-Tinction.
* BlamingTheVictim: [[spoiler:As he reminisces about the loss of his Gwen and Grandpa Max, he claims that their deaths were ''their own fault'' for getting in his way of defeating Vilgax, [[SelfServingMemory even though that's not it happened]]. While it ''would'' be understandable if he's only saying this out of grief and possible guilt, it's been so long since their deaths that it doesn't faze him anymore.]]
* BigBad: Of ''Alien X-Tinction''.
* CameBackWrong: [[spoiler:It's heavily implied that Ben, in his grief, tried to commit murder-suicide with Vilgax by destroying the Omnitrix symbol and causing a devastating explosion. Only to be resurrected as part of the Omnitrix's defense systems by changing into Alien X, and afterward, he wreaks havoc in the Omniverse by stealing the Omnitrixs of alternative Bens and spreading misery upon them.]]
* CharacterExaggeration: PlayedForDrama. From his arrogance, and selfishness to his belief that he's invincible, he's what would happen if [[spoiler:Pre-CharacterDevelopment Ben ''never'' got better. The result is a dimension-hopping, power-mad terror with all the power in the world but none of the maturity of a Ben who grew up to temper it]].
* {{Expy}}: He fills a similar role to Eon in the Classic Continuity, [[spoiler:being an evil version of Ben from an alternate timeline, who hunts the various versions of himself throughout the Multiverse.]]
* FallenHero: [[spoiler:This was once Ben Tennyson before losing those closest to him.]]
* FinalBoss: Of the 2016 series original run.
* FreudianExcuse: [[spoiler:He lost his Gwen and Max to Vilgax, and went on a conquest across the multiverse to give the same grief and pain to his other counterparts.]]
* HeroKiller: He has defeated and killed many different Bens and Omnitrix users.
* KnightOfCerebus: One of the few villains of the reboot who isn't treated comically.
* LackOfEmpathy: [[spoiler:Though he was devastated when he lost his family, by the present day, he only speaks of them dismissively, and has no problem killing his alternate selves or their families if it would cause them grief. He is unrepentant for his actions and is annoyed at Maximillian's efforts to habilitate him.]]
* MultiversalConqueror: He's traveled to at least a dozen universes, the Omnitrixes on his body as proof.
* NeverMyFault: [[spoiler:As shown in the flashback, Gwen and Max lost their lives in trying to save him from Vilgax, yet in his own words they got in the way of a fight he claims he was winning.]]
* PsychopathicManchild: [[spoiler:As revealed near the end, he's an alternate Ben 10,000. But unlike the other adult Ben's, this one ''never'' outgrew his childish arrogance and ended up gaining an alien form that held too much power for his level of maturity at the time. Furthermore, his stint as a MultiversalConqueror is nothing more than an emotionally unstable kid stuck in his grief and trying to resolve it by throwing a massive temper tantrum and forcing ''every'' omniversal counterpart of himself to go through the same misery as he did.]]
* SelfServingMemory: [[spoiler:He claims that his Gwen and Max died because they got in his way in a fight against Vilgax that he was winning, though in the flashback it shows that he was getting his butt handed to him and would have lost his Omnitrix if it wasn't for them.]]
* ShapeshifterModeLock: [[spoiler:It's heavily implied that he stays in his Alien X form for ''years'' after the loss of his Gwen and Grandpa Max, and it's only till his defeat that he reverts back to his original human form.]]
* StoryBreakerPower: [[WordOfGod Duncan Rouleau]] states that Alien X would appear in the reboot, but sparingly as he's too powerful for the series to use as a character.
* WalkingSpoiler: It's hard to talk about his true identity as an [[spoiler:alternate Ben 10,000]] without spoiling the entire movie.
* WouldHurtAChild: Given that some of the Bens featured on the alternate Max's computers are still 10, his statement that the current one at least survived means he has no trouble with the age of his victims.

[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/bugs_5.jpg]]
-->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/JohnDiMaggio

A scientist who got his head swapped with a flea and vice versa. They generally focus on trying to rob people through science.
----
* BrainsAndBrawn: Their dynamic with Maurice being the brains and Sydney acting as the brawn.
* CreepyCockroach: A variant and twofold, Maurice has the body of a flea while Sydney's, a flea, head is stuck on Maurice's body.
* DumbMuscle: Sydney on occasion.
* GeniusBruiser: Considering that it is Maurice's body Sydney is using to be the muscle, it's safe to say Maurice was this before the head swap.
* GoldfishPoopGang: Their schemes are never very threatening, and they're constantly making extreme blunders.
* HiddenDepths: "Half-sies" reveals that Sydney writes romance novels and hopes to get them published.
* MadScientist: Well considering he got his head switched with a flea. Yeah it's safe to say Maurice is one.
* TheUnintelligible: Sydney, being a flea, can only communicate in growls and clicks, through oddly Maurice can understand him.

[[caption-width-right:350:"It's LAGRANGE!"]]
-->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/DavidKaye

A racing-themed villain obsessed with being the fastest.
----
* CheatersNeverProsper: He never won a race on-screen. He was the holder of the record for fastest land vehicle, however.
* CoolCar: Drives one that's tricked out with gadgets.
* DrivesLikeCrazy: Drives with no regard for property or safety.
* {{Expy}}: Of Racer X from ''Anime/SpeedRacer''.
* FrenchJerk: Speaks in a very heavy French accent.
* KickTheDog[=/=]UngratefulBastard: In "[=LaGrange=] Murraille" he is attacked by Ben during a race against Vin Ethanol, and begs the other racer to help him, reminding Vin how at one point they considered each other family. After Vin helps him, he uses the other racer as a ram against Ben and goes on to win the race.
* OnlyFriend: During "Mock 10", [=LaGrange=] admits that, deep down, he considers Vin the only person who, gets him.
* TheUnpronouncable: No one can pronounce his name correctly, which makes him angry.

[[caption-width-right:350:"Steam Smythe at your service."]]
-->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/RogerCraigSmith

An old fashioned villain who focused on steampunk.
----
* AlliterativeName: His machines run on steam, and his name is STEAM Smythe.
* BornInTheWrongCentury: Guy would be at home in the 19th-Century but lives in the modern era. As such, he utterly hates modern technology.
* DoubleStandard: He HATES modern technology, but seeks out the weapons of deceased inventors.
* EvenEvilHasStandards: He adheres to the principles of chivalry, which means never striking a lady.
* EvilBrit: Speaks with a British accent.
* FatalFlaw: His obsession with war machines and the past in general renders him blind to the flaws of his pursuits. His Clocktopus kept having its levers jam and the artifacts he searched for are harmless and useless for combat.
* NostalgiaFilter: Stubbornly flaunts the "superiority" of the past over the modern age. He overlooks the fact that all of the famous historical figures whose artifacts he seeks were people considered [[{{Irony}} ahead of their time]] and responsible for pushing their present into the future and thus would never share his sentiments.
* OlderThanTheyLook: In "Bon Voyage" a picture from Grandpa Max's childhood shows someone that looks the same as Steam Smythe does now.
* SteamPunk: Pretty much all his weapons and gadgets run on steam.

[[caption-width-right:350: "It's villain time!"]]
-->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/TravisWillingham

A celebrity hero who was actually setting up the danger he rescued people from, and wants revenge on Ben for exposing this.
----
* BasementDweller: Implied in "Savana Sa'bad" where he complains his mother changed the locks, presumably after kicking him out.
* BorrowedCatchPhrase: "Borrows" Ben's "It's hero time!" in his debut episode. By the end of the episode, he changes it to "It's villain time!" to mark his change to being a villain.
* CrazyPrepared: To his credit, he is smart enough to carry the cures for his poisons on him in case they are used on him.
* DirtyCoward: He likes to act tough, but shows his true cowardly colors when he's put in danger.
* {{Expy}}: Of Captain Nemesis from the classic continuity. Like Nemesis he's a FakeUltimateHero who makes use of EngineeredHeroics to endanger lives, but gets exposed by Ben.
* FakeUltimateHero: He saves people from disasters that he engineers, all for fame and glory.
* LanternJawOfJustice: Subverted. Subverted. While he likes to cut heroic poses, and he has a very impressive jawline, he's actually a DirtyCoward who manufactures the disasters he rescues people from.
* LargeHam: As is expected of someone voiced by Travis Willingham.
* MindControl: Using a voodoo doll he forced Ben to do his bidding in "Savana Sa'bad", in order to set him up and destroy his reputation as a hero.
* {{Narcissist}}: He lives by ItsAllAboutMe.
* SmallNameBigEgo: He sees himself as Ben's ArchEnemy. Ben doesn't even put him in the top ten.
* UngratefulBastard: Ben [[SaveTheVillain saves his life]] in his debut episode. Tim still vows revenge on Ben for exposing him as a fraud.
* WouldHurtAChild: Apart from his hate of Ben, he tried to drown a boat full of children in "Savana Sa'bad" and give Ben the blame.

A group of twin brothers and criminal scientists.
----
* BashBrothers: Most of the time, but when they're not...
* CainAndAbel: They constantly fight over everything.
* EvenBadMenLoveTheirMamas: In "Tokyo Fun, Part 2: Slamming It Up", the two devote themselves to claiming medals in the name of their mother, even if it isn't exactly what she wants.
* EvilIsPetty: Their whole reason for being evil is because their mother lost out on a gold medal when they were kids. Gwen notes it is a long time to hold a grudge.
* MagnetismManipulation: Their main power.
* PaletteSwap

-->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/DavidKaye (Shock-O), Creator/JeffBennett (Hail-O) and Creator/EricBauza (Gust-O)

The Weatherheads are three robotic businessmen who want to cause chaos with their weather machines.
----
* AbortedArc: It's been hinted at several times that they are ordered around by a mysterious council of sorts, and even have a superior named Sunny who appeared in Season 4. However, the arc behind their exact origins is not explored further.
* BlatantLies: In "The 11th Alien": they totally aren't working with Vilgax; it's just a coincidence they are in the same area together: they are on vacation.
* TheEmpath: Ironically in ''"The Feels"'' it is revealed they charge their batteries from negative emotions. They plot to disrupt the weather everyone is enjoying to do this. When their thwarted actions inadvertently spark positive feelings instead, they also act positively before shutting down.
* FusionDance: Can combine their bodies to combine their powers.
* GenreBlind: They actually expected ''[[ChronicBackstabbingDisorder Vilgax]]'' to give them Earth for their service. [[IdiotHero Ben]] had to explain to them how dumb it is. [[spoiler:As a result, they attack both Ben and Vilgax.]]
* HiddenAgendaVillain: They are introduced while attempting to start a storm large enough to reach into space. Why isn't elaborated on, only that they have a superior named Sunny, who was only introduced in a later episode.
* TinMan: They have a tendency to remark that they have no emotions, yet it is clear that they are programmed to have them. This can be exploited, as they were tricked by Ben into fighting each other.
* IWouldSayIfICouldSay: In the same breath they express what emotion they are feeling, by denying that they are capable of feeling it.
** This is {{Lampshaded}} and subverted in The 11th Alien. Where they start out saying that they would be angry if they had emotions. They stop halfway through and straight up declare that they ARE angry.
* NiceJobFixingItVillain: By attacking [[EnergyAbsorption Shock Rock]] with their lighting bolts they charged Ben with enough energy to defeat Vilgax (bonus points because the conqueror warned them to not do it).
* PersonalityChip: ''"Heat of the Moment"'' shows that they have their emotions connected to a switch hidden under their chest plate. When switched on Gust-O becomes a cap-wearing hothead, Shock-O a campy sweater over the shoulders snarker and Hail-O inconsolably depressed.
* WeatherManipulation: They can create storms, lightning, tornadoes and other weather changes over relatively large areas.

[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/queen_bee_3.png]]
-->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/VanessaMarshall

An anthropomorphic bee.
----
* AnimalTalk: A weird variation. She speaks human but can perfectly understand another bee's buzzing. [[note]] Bees normally communicate through body movements rather their buzzing, but cartoon logic is in action.[[/note]]
* BadBoss: Abandoned her henchman when about to get caught.
* BeePeople
* DramaQueen / ItsAllAboutMe: She's vain and self-absorbed, and never misses an occasion to put the spotlight onto herself. Her debut even has her mention she used to take part in a local community theater before turning to a life of crime.
* FatBitch: Not a nice person, and quite rotund.
* KingMook: Is just a regular bee, but bigger.

-->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/DeeBradleyBaker

A reptilian humanoid, hailing from underground, who wants to rule the surface world as it's king.
----
* FantasticRacism: He loathes humans. Given his reaction to Grey Matter having gills, he is not fond of aquatic creatures, either.
* HealingFactor: He can regenerate lost limbs, much like The Lizard.
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: Ben uses the rearview mirrors of the Rust Bucked to reflect his hypnosis, forcing him to retreat underground.
* HulkSpeak:
-->'''King Koil:''' I turn up sun lamp, get STRONG! Be king of world.
* HypnoticEyes: He is revealed to have them in his second appearance.
* InterspeciesRomance: Despite his hatred of humans, he loves Mary Jo Fourfeathers, and wishes to make her his queen. She does not reciprocate.
* LogicalWeakness: His infrared vision only allows him to see people through their own body heat. This makes Diamondhead, an alien made of cool crystal, invisible to him.
* MadeASlave: Animo uses a mind control to force Koil to serve him in "Rekoil".
* MultiArmedAndDangerous: After he is exposed to the Sun dome for enough time, he sprouts four more arms to become a six-armed reptile.
* ThePowerOfTheSun: He uses heat from any sun-like environment to make himself more powerful.
* WeCanRuleTogether: He offers this to Mary Jo, wanting her to rule with him as queen. Even though she declines, he promises to come back for her, even leaving her the tiara.

[[folder:Xingo]]
[[quoteright:337:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/xingo.png]]
-->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/TomKenny

Ben's favorite cartoon character, this fox-like creature was brought to the "real" world by a combination of Upgrade fixing the Rust Bucket television and, of course, [[LightningCanDoAnything lightning]]. Ben was excited, of course... until he realized Xingo's idea of fun doesn't work well outside his world.
----
* AesopAmnesia: In his third appearance, it seems Xingo finally understood that the only place for him is his cartoon world, and he will never change the grimy real world to fit his nonsensical taste. Come his fourth appearance, he is now back to be being bratty and psychotic, somehow forgetting his realization, and desires to wreak havoc on humanity once more. To make matters worse, he's still clearly the same Xingo, as he remembers Ben and Gwen.
* AffablyEvil: When he isn't up to causing havoc, Xingo can be surprisingly sweet. In "And Xingo Was His Name-O", he actually makes a breakfast feast for Gwen and Max.
* BlueAndOrangeMorality: It is implied he doesn't quite ''get'' all the differences between his world and the real one, mostly how real people don't get AmusingInjuries by being crushed to death.
* {{Expy}}: He's basically Daffy Duck with a dash of The Mask and Mr. Mxyzptlk.
* FinalBoss: He is the protagonist of his video game, but when Ben is trapped in it, he became the last enemy.
* FriendlyEnemy: He seems to consider his fights with Ben little more than comical skirmishes, [[spoiler: at least in his first appearance.]]For his part, Ben, while he doesn't appreciate Xingo' s attacks on him and his family, still likes his cartoon.
* HalfDressedCartoonAnimal: He wears a sweater, but no pants.
* {{Hammerspace}}: With him being such a Looney Tunes-inspired character, it's no surprise.
* HealingFactor: Neither is this.
* {{Keet}}: He's bright, colorful, loud and extremely hyperactive.
* LaughablyEvil: Even though he's an antagonist, he really comes off as more quirky, cute and wild than downright evil. The fact that he's a big-eared fluffy fox in a sweater helps amplify his cuteness.
* TheOmnipotent: In Ben's world, his ToonPhysics grants him a level 2 of this.
* PungeonMaster: We would be here all day if we listed all the examples.
* RealityIsOutToLunch: With his powers, he surely gives this impression. According to Ben, his whole video game is based on this premise.
* RealityWarper: He can create whatever he wants out of thin air and twist and transform his body as he wishes.
* TakesOneToKillOne: In his first episode Ben was able to defeat him only because he absorbed part of his ToonPhysics when Xingo escaped from Tv.
* ToonPhysics: He still has them outside his world, making him virtually unstoppable in Ben's. [[spoiler:Unless somebody else uses them against him.]]
* WinToExit: How Ben got free from his video game.

* BabysitterFromHell: Essentially how she presents herself.
* FatBitch: Is rather chubby looking.
* FountainOfYouth: In her debut, she managed to turn Ben and Gwen into younger versions of themselves via a baby powder.
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: Hit by her same baby powder which causes her to accelerate in age, turning her elderly. Though she's back to her normal self in her second appearance.
* WellIntentionedExtremist: Wants to teach children good manners, but is utterly aggressive about it that would be no way considered moral.

----
* BadassNormal: Sonic tech aside, he's still a normal human able to tangle with super-powered aliens.
* EvilSoundsDeep: Courtesy of Creator/DavidKaye who gives him a deep synthetic voice.
* ExpressiveMask: Not quite, but his dome can display whatever he wants with neon lights, and that sometimes includes the emotion he is clearly feeling.
* TheFaceless: In all his appearances, his face was constantly covered by his dome.
* {{Greed}}: The primary motivation for his crimes is money.
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: He was the only one to be buried by the avalanche he created.
* MakeSomeNoise: His entire gimmick. Lord Decibel can amplify sound to harmful levels, capable of causing fissures, avalanches, and tsunamis. He is also capable of creating sound constructs, or just blasting sound shockwaves as attacks.
* MalevolentMaskedMan: Wears one with LED lights that express his emotions.
* MeleeATrois: "Digital Quality" has him, Ben, and Kevin fighting a three-way battle for a CD. Eventually Ben and Kevin join forces against Lord Decibel.
* TheMusicMeister: When his powers are combined with the high quality music of [=CDs=], he can make people involuntarily dance.
* MusicalAssassin: He hasn't kill anybody yet, but hundreds of people have been threatened by him.
* NotQuiteFlight: Can use the sonic waves of his instrument to hover.
* OnlyInItForTheMoney: Pretty much all of his crimes involve threatening the lives of large masses and demanding ransoms.
* ThePowerOfRock: A villainous example: he uses it to take people hostage and demands payments.
* StupidCrooks: Not in the traditional sense (he hasn't been shown to be dumb or ignorant), but he seriously expected people would be able to gather a billion dollars of ransom ''in ten minutes'''.

The only alien in the Antitrix that isn't an EvilTwin of one of Ben's aliens, Bashmouth is a werewolf-like creature from an unknown species.
----
* BigEater[=/=]TheSnackIsMoreInteresting: He loves to eat meat: at one point he doesn't finish off a defenseless Ben (his Omnitrix just timed out) because he sees some sausage and runs over to them.
* EvilCounterpart: To Rath. They are both aggressive aliens based on an Earth animal who have trouble controlling their instincts. There's also some AnimalJingoism involved, as one of them is canine and the other is feline. Ben even [[LampshadeHanging comments on it]].
* FangsAreEvil: He has really pointy teeth, and can (at least when they are covered by metal) take a bite out of a concrete pillar as if it was a cookie.
* InstantArmor: He can cover his fur and teeth at will with metal that seems to come out from nowhere.
%%* MightyRoar: His roar is powerful enough to crack concrete.
* MythologyGag: His body resembles that of Blitzwolfer from the classic continuity. However, he is not a Loboan like Blitzwolfer.
* OurWerewolvesAreDifferent: He is an alien, but looks like a very beefy werewolf.
* ShoutOut: His name is a tribute to the band ''Music/SmashMouth''. The show turns this up [[{{Pun}} to eleven]] by having Bashmouth's debut episode full of lines from the song [[MemeticMutation "All Star"]].
* SuperStrength: Easily as strong as Four Arms, and can crush concrete pillars with little effort.

-->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/JohnDiMaggio

An evil, magical, talking (and singing) bear who was transformed into a wooden statue. He tricks Ben and Gwen into helping him escape from the valley he is trapped in to get back his powers.
----
* ActorAllusion: Once again, Creator/KeithDavid plays [[WesternAnimation/{{Gargoyles}} a non-human character who turns into a statue during the day]].
* AffectionateNickname: To further convince Ben and Gwen he asks them to call him Yawk, since they "are friends".
* BearsAreBadNews: A evil magical bear that tricks Ben and Gwen and tries to eat them.
* CombatPragmatist: Unable to defeat Ben, he tosses Gwen from the promontory they were fighting on, forcing the kid to save her.
* EvilAllAlong: He only pretended to be friendly with the Tennysons cousins to escape and eat them later.
* FreudianSlip: He almost blew his cover when he asks Gwen one last flavour... err, he means favour.
* LiterallyShatteredLives: After falling from the promontory, he turned to wood and crashes. Later Wildvine puts him back together.
* NotSoDifferentRemark: When Ben doesn't believe that he was turned into a statue by a jealous wizard, Yawk explains that when you are too good, other people want to bring you down, and that someone like Ben (who can turn into powerful aliens) should know what is like. Ben seems to actually ponder it.
* PowerOfTheSun: If the sun rises while he is in the valley, he turns back into wood. If he is out, he regains all of his power.
* RedEyesTakeWarning: When he is almost free, one of his eyes turns red.
* SuperStrength: His episode was the debut of Omni-enhanced Four Arms, and the bear managed to hold his own against him.
* VillainOfTheWeek: Only appeared in "Mayhem in Mascot".
* VillainSong: Once it is revealed he was EvilAllAlong, "Set Me Free" is definitely this. He even sings a DarkReprise of it later.
* WouldHurtAChild: And then eat them.

[[caption-width-right:350:"Who dares to defy the will of... The High Override?!]]
-->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/FredTatasciore

->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/RogerCraigSmith

-->'''Ben:''' You don't know me!\\
'''FK:''' Don't I?

* AmbiguousSituation:
* BigBad: Of ''Alien X-Tinction''.

[[caption-width-right:350: "It's villain time!"]]
-->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/TravisWillingham

* MagnetismManipulation: Their main power.

-->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/DavidKaye (Shock-O), Creator/JeffBennett (Hail-O) and Creator/EricBauza (Gust-O)

----
* AnimalTalk: A weird variation. She speaks human but can perfectly understand another bee's buzzing. [[note]] Bees normally communicate through body movements rather their buzzing, but cartoon logic is in action.[[/note]]
* BadBoss: Abandoned her henchman when about to get caught.
* BeePeople

-->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/DeeBradleyBaker

* HulkSpeak:

-->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/TomKenny

* HealingFactor: Neither is this.

----
* BabysitterFromHell: Essentially how she presents herself.

A mysterious man wearing a high tech helmet and uses high-frequency music to put people in danger to obtain ransoms.
----
* BadassNormal: Sonic tech aside, he's still a normal human able to tangle with super-powered aliens.

* SuperToughness: With his InstantArmor on: to clarify, ''Four Arms'' hurt himself by punching it.

-->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/JohnDiMaggio
