A recurring character who first appeared in the series as one of Mokang's clients in the bar where she works at.

* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: Doesn't appear in the scenes where the Red Phoenix Triad leadership are making a deal with Ramon and later on got attacked by Tanggol and his friends. Most likely because his actor, Ricardo Cepeda, was arrested before these scenes could be filmed.

* RagsToRiches: Suddenly became rich, along with the rest of his family, after his daughter Mokang married Ramon. He shows up in Quiapo owning a Mercedes-Benz, which surprised his friends who tried to pull off an insurance con on him.
