* UniversallyBelovedLeader: Subverted. The general public of Ravenna adore him, but that's because he makes promises to renovate towns they never see, like [[WrongSideOfTheTracks Tiberia]], and thus can never verify, to appeal to them when in reality he is funnelling most of their funding right back into the most well off towns to improve their quality of life and disguise the real issues plaguing the country. The poor never see a dime of their promised money, and understandably resent him for it.

One of the confirmed major locations in the Nimbus Sea. Not much is known about Keraxe at the moment, other than that they're in a conflict with the Sameria Province, its leader, Wotan the Conqueror and his sons desire power and territory, and that its culture is based around vikings.

Based on what’s revealed late in the Bronze Sea story, Keraxe will probably serve as (one of) the main antagonist(s) of the Nimbus Sea story.
