The name "[[MeaningfulName huayra]]" is named after the [[Myth/IncaMythology Incan]] wind deity '''Huayra-tata'''. By factory default, it's fitted with Pirelli tyres, and with its twin-turbo AMG [=V12=] engine, it's capable of hitting 0-60 mph in 2.8 seconds and reaching speeds of 383 km/h (238 mph). The Huayra is also fitted with active aerodynamics, with four flaps placed in both the rear and the front of the car. That is intended to achieve the minimal drag coefficient or maximum downforce possible.

In 2016, a track-focused variant of the Huayra was unveiled as the Huayra BC. The initials were named after the founder's late friend, Benny Caiola. 20 units of the Huayra BC were produced and sold out immediately.

The Phantom is the name of Rolls-Royce's flagship series of ultra-luxurious full-size limousine, introduced in 1925. The [[MeaningfulName "phantom" name]] has long been Rolls-Royce's long tradition of using the FamilyThemeNaming of models after "ghosts", due to its predecessor's model, the Silver Ghost, being a 40/50hp model, finished in a silver paintwork.

The second of the Silver series.

The Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud is a series of luxurious automobiles that replaced the Silver Dawn in 1955, but was replaced by the Silver Shadow in 1966. Designed by John P. Blatchey, the Silver Cloud was far more ubiquitous than its predecessor due to having far better production access (since the Silver Dawn's production was scarce from the aftermath of UsefulNotes/WorldWarII).

Its body was constructed with body-on-frame, allowing special bodied versions to be produces, though many of the standard models were manufactured using a steel body shell. It uses a light-weight aluminium alloy used for many of its components, a very rigid and welded steel box, and it weighs 1.95 tonnes. Its first iteration, the Silver Cloud I would use a 155-hp 4.9 L inline-6 engine, though in 1957, twin SU carburettors were added in its revision.

In 1959, the second-gen Silver Cloud had slight revisions to the car, which now uses a new 6.2 L V8 engine but its weighs heavier than its previous iterations, weighing a mere 2.11 tonnes. Performance has drastically improved and power steering became a new standard. Finally in 1962, the Silver Cloud III sees higher octane levels of premium fuel in many markets, increased power but also lots of weight reduction where it sees a slight boost of speed and performance.

All three generations of the Silver Cloud would also serve as the basis for the Bentley S1, S2 and S3.

The one that started it all for Porsche.

The Porsche 356 is the first ever production car ever made by the brand. Like the Volkswagen Beetle, which was made by the company's founder Ferdinand Porsche, the car is widely known for its rear-engine, rear-wheel drive and its lightweight, nimble handling which would be Porsche's philosophy to success to its brand.

It all began with the very first real car created, the aluminum-cladded 356/1 in 1948, which only one was produced. Following its small production of the 356/2 with only 61 were ever made, the 356 was finally introduced to the public and began mass-production in 1951.

The 356 was built in four distinct series, the original "pre-A" 356 produced from 1948 to 1955, offering 1.1 L to 1.5 L flat-4 engines and offered in either cabriole or coupe bodies, the 356 A from 1955 to 1959 where it was under the "Type 1" designation offered with four-cam "Carrera" engines and introduced a cabriole variant called the Speedster, then there is the 356 B from 1960 to 1963, its powerful iteration with T6 body types offered from 1.6 to 2.0 engines and a unique "Karmann hardtop" and finally, the 356 C, which saw short-lived production in 1964.

With the end of the 356 in 1965, with 76,000 produced, it paved way for the brand's famous flagship sports car; the Porsche 911.

Originally built in 1963, the Porsche 911 is a luxury sports car that is notable for having a rear engine and being air-cooled. The car itself has also been modified several times over for various forms of competition to the point that it spawned its own lineage. The 911 has remained in continuous production since its conception, with the one millionth example being produced in May 2017 and remaining in the company's permanent collection in Berlin since then.

The original 911 was developed as a replacement for the 356. It also would've been called the 901 had Peugeot not had exclusive rights to having cars formed by three numbers having a zero in the middle. As previously stated, the 911 has its own lineage and has several families based on their body style or engine enhancements. This began with the 930, which is best described as a turbocharged 911.

Competitively, the 911 is among the most successful competition cars. The 911 Carrera RSR would go on to win world championship races like the Targa Florio and 24 Hours of Daytona in the mid-1970s. The 935 Turbo, which was derived from the 911, would win the UsefulNotes/TwentyFourHoursOfLeMans in 1979. Porsche won the World Championship for Makes using 911-derived models in 1976, 1977, 1978 and 1979.

The 928 is Porsche's 2+2 grand tourer introduced in May 1977. This is the brand's answer to the changes in the automotive market by best representing its intention to replace its own 911.

Following its PostPeakOil amidst TheSeventies, Ferdinand Porsche discussed on potentially producing a much more fuel-efficient luxury touring car to its lineup, due to the Porsche 911 at that time is at its highest limits and declining sales. Managing director Ernst Fuhrmann suggests an idea for a grand tourer with conventional engines that would be essentially more of a BoringButPractical one that would define the company's future. Ordered by Ferdinand Porsche, a new design study commenced in 1971, resulting in the creation of the new grand tourer: the Porsche 928.

Its body style would be integrated into a shark-like shaped fastback, with features an angular front end with a distinct 'Shark Nose' profile. One of its most distinctive feature is its pop-up headlamps, which would remain visible in the wings, even when retracted.

Unlike any traditional Porsche that either use rear- or mid-engine, Porsche opted for a front-engine, rear-wheel drive configuration. To maximize its large displacement, the 928 is equipped with a water-cooled M28 V8 engine, initially producing 291 horsepower. Later versions had the revised 928 S, as it enters the European market at the start of TheEighties, with its new engine producing 296-306 hp. Included in its revision is its added front and rear spoiler. The second half of TheEighties has the new 928 S4, with an updated 5.0 L V8 producing 316 hp, and was offered in automatic transmission. A Club Sport variant was 100 kg (220 lb) lighter than its initial model, introduced for European and American markets in 1988.

As the dawn of the modern era began nearly at TheNineties, Porsche debuted the 928 GT, which had GT wheels, ZF LSD and all the optional components from the S4 were all now standard equipment. With the S4 and GT halted production in 1991 to make way for the final version of the 928. It was the 928 GTS, introduced in 1992, which sar even more revise bodywork, larger brakes and its even more powerful 5.4 L V8 engine producing 346 hp, making it one of the most expensive road cars of that time.

The Porsche 928 discontinued production in 1995, with a little over 61,000 units produced throughout its 18-year production run. The Phantom III, introduced in 1936 was the first and only generation to ever use a [=V12=] engine and the final model before production was on hold due to UsefulNotes/WorldWarII. After the war, the Phantom IV was unveiled in 1950, with only 18 units produced, which would be sold to the heads of state and UsefulNotes/TheBritishRoyalFamily.

The Phantom V in 1959 is based on Rolls-Royce's own Silver Cloud II, now using its patented V8 engine. It has reached mainstream to famous celebrities like Music/EltonJohn, Music/ElvisPresley and famously, the [[PimpedOutCar custom psychedelic art car]] once owned by Music/JohnLennon of Music/TheBeatles. Nearly identical to its predecessor, the Phantom VI was the last Phantom built in the 20th century, with 374 produced from its 22 year span.

As the TurnOfTheMillennium began, the brand new Rolls-Royce Phantom VII was introduced in 2003, and is the first Rolls-Royce produced under the subsidiary of BMW. Unlike previous generations, it's offered in a 4-door saloon or a 2-door coupe/cabriolet. Unique to this model is its rear-hinged ''suicide doors'' called '''coach doors''', and its instrument panel has no tachometer but exchanges it for its power reserve dial. The current generation Phantom VIII was a stylistic evolution to the Phantom VII serving as the base models for other Rolls-Royce models like the Cullinan, Ghost and Wraith.
