* In the UsefulNotes/SegaCD game ''VideoGame/LunarTheSilverStar'', protagonist Alex and his adoptive sister Luna have apparently been in love and [[FirstGirlWins have more or less betrothed themselves to one another]] since they were practically ''infants.'' No need to worry, they're NotBloodSiblings ([[spoiler:as Luna, as it turns out, is the [[TomatoInTheMirror reincarnated creator-goddess Althena]], either being a routine or the only reincarnation depending on what version of the game you're playing]]), but some critics have noticed that these two should've been affected by the UsefulNotes/WestermarckEffect by now...

* Teased but averted in ''VideoGame/SuperRobotWarsW''. When Aria and Regulate join the Valstork family, Kazuma thinks that [[OppositeSexClone Aria]] is rather cute... until Regulate tells him that she's happy that Kazuma thinks of Aria as a sister and she [[BewareTheNiceOnes WILL be glad if he keeps that feeling (in an extremely cold voice)]]. Since Regulate reminds him of his mother, he quickly backs down, and this ship never sets sail.
* There is a skit in ''VideoGame/TalesOfTheAbyss'' in which Natalia and Anise question Tear about her 'type' of guy. Although unknown to the latter two about their real relationship, they seem to think it quite obvious that Tear was attracted to Van, which caused said melodist to freak out and run away from the conversation. It really didn't help that he was also her [[PromotionToParent surrogate father]].
** A similar case in ''VideoGame/TalesOfDestiny2'', Kyle, upon [[spoiler: discovering that Judas is really Leon from ''VideoGame/TalesOfDestiny'', asks him if he and Kyle's father, Stahn, were competing for the affections of Kyle's mother, Rutee. Kyle never does find out that Leon is in fact Rutee's brother. Leon is not amused. For extra fun, there are hints that there was a LoveTriangle, and Kyle is [[HoYay mistaken about who was at the center of it.]]]]
* In ''VideoGame/TwelveMinutes'', [[spoiler: the married couple turns out to be half-siblings. The time loop turns out to be a figment of the husband's imagination as he tries to envision a future when they can be together.]]

* In ''VideoGame/VivaPinata'', (despite how it looks) this can happen veeery easily. Heck, getting the Fourheads practically requires it! (Unless you want to put in way more effort than necessary, of course.) No wonder it's a mutant... product of repeated incest, ''and'' you have to [[spoiler:bash its egg open early.]] [[http://www.vgcats.com/comics/?strip_id=227 Parodied]] on ''Webcomic/VGCats'' when Leo kills a piñata's parents and feeds them to it. Aeris is shocked he did this and Leo emphasises that they were "his ''inbred'' parents".

* The titular characters in VideoGame/TheCoffinOfAndyAndLeyley, there is one point of main characters' mother accused her son Andrew of having sex with his sister Ashley. Following that, along with another choice, [[spoiler: Andrew and Ashley will get a vision of them having sex in the future]].

* In ''VideoGame/JaggedAlliance2'', you can run into a family of heavily inbred rednecks. One of them will tell you that the inbreeding is what keeps them strong. For some reason they have run out of women though and want you to give them one of your party in exchange for guns.

** In ''VideoGame/FireEmblemAwakening'' [[spoiler: Aversa calls Robin "big brother" in their supports seemingly solely to appeal to this fetish, as they are in no way related; Aversa having been enslaved by Robin's father as a teenager whilst he was sitting in a field not knowing that he even had a father.]] This is more prominent in the Japanese, [[{{Woolseyism}} the english version]] has [[spoiler: Aversa]] only do it once to annoy [[spoiler: Robin.]]

** In the [[VideoGame/FatalFrameIVMaskOfTheLunarEclipse fourth game]], it's strongly implied that [[spoiler: Ayako]] was the result of an incestuous relationship between [[spoiler:You Haibara]] and his sister [[spoiler:Sakuya.]]
** The [[VideoGame/FatalFrame1 first]] and [[VideoGame/FatalFrameIIITheTormented third games]] had always had one sided IncestSubtext from Miku directed at her brother Mafuyu, but what with him being dead and all, it was unclear if it was mutual. [[VideoGame/FatalFrameMaidenOfBlackWater The fifth game]] moves it to full blown text with the revelation [[spoiler: that Miku's daughter Miu is a Shadowborn, a child conceived between the living and the dead. It was implied that Miku and Mafuyu's spirit conceived Miu at the end of Fatal Frame 3 (which the [[AllThereInTheManual guidebook]] confirmed). It's also revealed that, when she sensed she was close to death, Miku entered a ghost marriage with Mafuyu to ensure they'd be together in death.]]
