* Moguro giving Tsuyoshi a software that allows the user to look up another user's previous comments from other chat rooms and he uses it to humiliate an internet {{Troll}} in front of others to get him to log out from the chat room.
** A bit meta, but the animation crew deserves credit for making episode 12A one of the more visually interesting episodes. They could have had the entire episode depicted almost exclusively by computer screens but they went the extra mile and animated the characters' avatars in a symbolic cyberspace like setting to reflect what was happening in the real world.

* Moguro punishes Koh Arao's awful neighbor, who not only snitched on him having a bird out of malice but destroyed the eucalyptus tree that Moguro gave to Koh with the promise of taking care of it when Arao was away, by growing the eucalyptus tree and giving the awful neighbor his just deserts.
** Props to Koh Arao for being one of the few clients that followed Moguro's advice by taking good care of the plant and even getting a successful anime pitched thanks to the plant's positive influence.

** Ari also gets points for being the ''first'' customer to actually learn a lesson before it was too late, begging for Moguro to save someone else rather than for a selfish reason like previous customers, and was willing to sacrifice her life to save her daughter. No wonder Moguro decided to intervene, saving them both and giving Ari a rather light "punishment". And what is Ari's "punishment"? She gets to try that dancing audition despite her motherly age.

It's probably a "punishment" because the judges won't select her due to her age, but with her daughter cheering her on, she doesn't care.

** Even better is when Moguro asks Ari if she just wants him to save her daughter just to keep living her dream through her only for Ari to say she doesn't care about her dream anymore; she just wants her daughter saved.
