* When the true story of how and why Utena snapped out of her suicidal spiral was revealed. [[spoiler: It wasn't because she wanted to meet her prince...it was because she wanted to stop the suffering of a little girl]].

* Touga once defeats Utena so bad that she went into a HeroicBSOD and when she got out of it she dueled him again and won Anthy back.

* The end of "Azure Paler Than The Sky," when it's revealed that Ruka Tsuchiya, who until that point appeared to be the biggest JerkAss in the universe, had [[spoiler: [[JerkAssFacade deliberately spent the last week of his life making the girl he loved hate him with every fiber of her being]], because it was the only way to get her out of the self-destructive holding pattern she'd been in for the entire series. "It's okay, Juri", indeed.]]

* Can we have Wakaba getting slapped by Utena and Wakaba being _pleased_ to finally get a reaction out of her and then cold-bloodedly slapping her back in order to bring her to her senses after her HeroicBSOD? And then [[{{CrowningMomentOfHeartwarming}} forgiving her]] afterwards for all the crap she'd put her through. Without Wakaba, Utena would have been a footnote.

** Hell, Utena [[spoiler: hammering her fist into the ground and using it to push herself back up when everyone in the audience ''thought she was dead'']] may be one of the most powerful moments in Anime history. She was [[TengenToppaGurrenLagann Kamina]] before Kamina was Kamina.

Then, [[{{Determinator}} not faltering]] in her intention to free Anthy even after being stabbed by her. Next, pushing Akio away and freeing Anthy's true self even after the [[{{Anvilicious}} sword of her heart breaks]]. And finally, becoming the Prince in the most painful sense possible, taking the attack of the Million Swords, still never giving up.]]
