* Ben gets another one at the end of the "Ghostfreak Returns" two parter, when he goes Cannonbolt in order to [[RuleOfCool survive orbital re-entry and the resulting landing]] (with Gwen and Max inside his ball form, at that), [[BrokenAesop breaking that episode's]] {{Aesop}} into teeny-tiny pieces in the process.

* Also in Back With a Vengeance, Ben is getting attacked by scores of Null Guardians, and is constantly flashing between his various alien forms to dodge or defeat all of them until he gets blindsided by the one Vilgax is riding.

* His EvilPlan in "Framed." He usually just acts like a super-powered beast, so seeing him actually have a thinking plan that hits Ben where it hurts most (his pride) is quite impressive. His newfound scheming later resurfaces when he [[TheStarscream attempts to betray Vilgax at the opportunite moment]] in "Back with a Vengeance".
** This development is taken to it's logical conclusion with Kevin 11,000 in "Ken 10". Gone is the angry, emotionally unstable kid from the past...as an adult, Kevin 11,000 is chillingly composed and calculating, and manages to be awesome despite how evil he is.
* Charmcaster urning on her Uncle Hex at the moment he's about to become all-powerful, so that she can have it all for herself. As she puts it to Hex, "I get the charms AND the power and YOU get SQUAT!" That's always the kind of thing a good BastardUnderstudy should hope to achieve.

* Lt. Steel, the one-time character of the episode "Framed" definately had one at the end, when the newly-mutated Kevin is about to kick Ben off the Golden Gate Bridge.

Admit it, it's just too awesome watching Ben in such a display of robustness, resilience and maturity.

* Similar to her defeat of Morningstar, Gwen's defeat of Charmcaster in ''In Charm's Way''. Charmcaster has taken her powers, so Gwen challenges her to a fist-fight. Charmcaster doesn't roll that way, so she instead blasts Gwen with magic...which is exactly what Gwen was actually anticipating with the fist-fight challenge, and thus Gwen reverses the spell, takes her powers back, and opens up a dimensional vortex and chucks Charmcaster and her minions in it.

* Tech-blob-alien-pet Ship gets one in ''Vreedle, Vreedle'' (aka, ''Don't Fear The Repo''), when the Vreedle brothers (a pair of bounty hunters known for their over-violent tactics and tendency to never bring back a living target) come to retrieve and return him to the Galvanic Mechomorph that originally spawned him. Julie gets in the line of fire, so Ship takes matters into his own hands: he becomes a suit of PoweredArmor to protect Gwen and Julie, gives the latter a fighting chance against the Vreedles, ''and'' help hold them off until Ben and Kevin [[ItMakesSenseInContext get back from space-court.]]

* After Aggregor kills the aliens and [[OneWingedAngel absorbs their powers]], Ben '''loses it''' [[UnstoppableRage and gives him the biggest smack down ever seen in the series]]. Gwen even had to hold him back.

* Admit it. Spreading himself as Goop throughout an entire water planet when Aggregor has stolen the very core that keeps the planet together and SUCEEDING at pulling it back through sheer force of will is probably the biggest feat Ben has accomplished so far.

* In "Forge of Creation" a ten year old Ben manages to ''guilt trip'' an insane, monstrous Ultimate Kevin into not taking the powers of a baby Alien X, even though he ''knows'' that Ultimate Kevin could squash him like a grape.

* "The Purge" the Forever Knight, being turned back into a real threat by the return of Sir George start hunting aliens and attempting to kill them if they can't or don't want to leave Earth. Ben fight Driscoll in a duel, asking that if he wins, they will have to let the aliens go. Though he wins, Driscoll goes back on his word. Ben answers by stabbing the wall just next to his head as Ultimate Spider-Monkey, turning back to human, and delivering the following [[BadassBoast speech]]:

** Hats off to Animo for his creation (a cross between an elephant and a termite), which might be strongest being he ever created in canon.
** Not only Gax has Vilgax' s strength and durability (he manages to crack a mountain by jumping on it and bathe in lava) but also CombatTentacles and EyeBeam.
* '''Part 3'''
* The triumphant return of Vilgax, after he reunites his halfs. It also works as a meta example, since he shows his [[TheJuggernaut juggernaut]] tendencies by giving a CurbStompBattle to Ben, Sixsix, Kraab and Tetrax in a way not seen since the Original Series.

** When Vilgax is about to finish Ben off, Gwen jumps on his ship, suspended over a pool of lava, and attack him with a fire extinguisher.
** Ben using Upgrade to stop Vilgax's ship from leaving the atmosphere, and then upgrading his own Omnitrix to unlock Master Control, finally turning the tables on the alien conqueror.

[[AC:Out to Launch]]
* Just the last episode, Vilgax sank in an active volcano. This episode shows the consequences... [[NighInvulnerable he just got some burns]].
** The first trasformation in an Omni-Enhanced form is awesome. Diamondhead even gets an ArmCannon[=/=]LaserBlade out of it.
** How well the fight is handled: it shows the hero has clearly [[TookALevelInBadass taken a level in badass]], but also that Vilgax is still superior, dominating the whole fight. Ben can't defeat him, barely being able to throw him out of the ship with Gwen's help.
** Max cracking the firewall Gwen was struggling with using ObfuscatingStupidity.

[[AC:Animorphosis]]
* Under the effects of Vilgax' s mind control machines Animo's Alphas turn in a competent force, even blocking Ben before he can use the Omnitrix.
** After Animo injects himself with the stolen alien dnas, he transforms into ''Rath'' (complete with catchphrase), giving him the strength to stand up to Vilgax and almost kill Ben.

[[AC:Chicken Nuggets of Wisdom]]
* Max ([[ItMakesSenseInContext as a chicken]]) defeating Animo' s giant bat creature.

[[AC:The 11th Alien]]
* Shock Rock makes his debut... and immediatly scores some points by making [[HorrifyingTheHorror Vilgax panic]] and declare he must destroy him before he become a threat to the whole planet.
** Vilgax shows he is also a pretty smart adversary and a hell of ManipulativeBastard. He works with the Weatherheads to create natural disaster each time Ben transforms, convincing the kid that he is losing control of his powers and that he should give the Omnitrix to him for everyone's sakes. It actually works, and only [[SpannerInTheWorks Gwen]] make his plan fail.
* Using the EnergyAbsorption of Shock Rock (thanks to the Weatherheads blasting him despite [[NiceJobFixingItVillain Vilgax warning them not to]]) Ben finally gets his first straight [[DefeatingTheUndefeatable victory over Vilgax]].

[[AC:Bounty Ball]]
* Grey Matter manipulating the bounty hunters into fighting each other, then using AwesomenessByAnalysis to free himself from the energy bubble he was trapped in.
** Gwen is almost killed when Tetrax drops her off the train roof… so of couse the next thing she does is get back on the train and start flailing the hunters with a wreaking ball, even knocking off Sixsix.
** Shock Rock proves once again his powers by defeating Kraab and making Tetrax decide ScrewThisImOuttaHere.
*** Earlier, he broke out of an energy net designed to inflict pain every time he moved, fueled by [[UnstoppableRage rage]] after Tetrax seemingly killed Gwen.

[[AC:The Charm Offensive]]
* Gwen using Morningstar's words to create an EngineeredPublicConfession and prove to Charmcaster that he is only using her.
** After that, Charmcaster turns on the abuser, and quickly traps him in her book.
** In general, even when under the control of [[BastardBoyfriend Michael]], she proves to be a dangerous foe… especially considering in this version she only just recently started practicing magic, which means she will be a more-than-formidable ArchEnemy to Gwen going forward.

[[AC:The Innervasion]]
As the previous season finale did, this one also takes thing up a notch.

* How dangerous is the Fulmini Empire?. Enough for Vilgax to ally with Ben. While the two don't have a good teamworks, they still take on a horde of enemies.
** Vilgax proves once and for all to be a GeniusBruiser: he knows the Omnitrix inside out, including how to get inside it. He even states that with the Omnicore he could build his own.
** The great return of Upgrade... or should we say [[HalfHumanHybrid Glitch?]]. Since "Omni-Tricked" he has been acting as a GeniusLoci inside the Omnitrix, gaining knowledge about the enemies and even almost does a ''second'' HeroicSacrifice at the end.
** The way Ben can immediately change forms inside the Omnitrix is really cool, especially when he forms [[AllYourPowersCombined a fusion of]] [[SuperStrength Four Arms]], [[SuperToughness Diamondhead]], [[PlayingWithFire Heatblast]] and [[SuperSpeed XLR8]].
** [[BigBad The High Override]] quickly establishes himself at the top of the food chain by banishing Vilgax to the Null Void.
** At the DarkestHour (when Ben as Shock Rock is being mind controlled, Vilgax has been banished and Glitch is about to be overrun) who comes to the rescue? Why, Gwen and Max, of course. They even use the Dna chambers to transform into Stink Fly and Cannonbolt, respectively.
** Ben freeing himself from the High Override's control.
** By sheer HeroicWillpower Ben overcomes the attack of the High Override and [[DidYouJustPunchOutCthulhu punches]] him in the portal allowing Glitch to send him back from where he came from.
** After the Omnicore reboot, Glitch now is outside of the Omnitrix. How cool is it to have one of Ben' s aliens join the party permanently?

** Saving Kai is also pretty good. The Omnitrix refuses to work, so he just hops over buildings, jumps on a barrel, grabs Kai, and jumps for an awning. That goes into the hero book, no matter what ANYONE says.

* Some of Ben's best Moments of Awesome are when he finishes the job just as his human self. Like against Ghostfreak or Kevin in ''Back With a Vengeance''. After seeing Ben's aliens do all the cool stuff it just becomes so much more awesome and surprising to see that regular Ben can be pretty capable on his own too.

** The way Ben can immediately change forms inside the Omnitrix is really cool, especially when he forms [[AllYourPowersCombined a fusion of]] [[SuperStrength Four Arms]], [[SuperToughness Diamond Head]], [[PlayingWithFire Heat Blast]] and [[SuperSpeed XLR8]].

* It seems Kevin just provokes awesome in Ben, as he gets another Moment against him in the [[TwentyMinutesIntoTheFuture Twenty Years Into The Future]] episode "Ken 10". Kevin, in a brand new OneWingedAngel form, spends a good five minutes pulverising his old foe, and nothing Ben does works. Then Kevin hurts Ben's son. [[BerserkButton Big mistake]]. Ben promptly turns into the monstrously huge alien Waybig and pounds Kevin into the ground. Again. And again. And ''again''. It's surprising he wasn't putty after that.

!!WesternAnimation/{{Ben 10 Alien Force}}

* His defeat of Ghostfreak. After the ''massive'' {{villain|Decay}} and [[BadassDecay badass]] decay he went through, Vilgax finally gets to be cool again.
* Even a decayed Vilgax managed to [[CurbStompBattle Curb Stomp]] the "Max Force" (including Max himself!) without really trying.

** How well the fight is handled: it shows the hero has clearly [[TookALevelInBadass taken a level in badass]], but also that Vilgax is still superior, dominating the whole fight. Ben can't defeat him, barely being able to throw him out of the ship with Gwen's help. A nice way to avoid VillainDecay.

* Shock Rock makes his debut… and immediatly scores some points by making [[HorrifyingTheHorror Vilgax panic]] and declare he must destroy him before he become a treat to the whole planet.

** Ben using Upgrade to stop Vilgax's ship from leaving the atmosphere, and then upgrading his own Omnitrix to unlock Master Code, finally turning the tables on the alien conqueror.
