Buck's hair wouldn't really be called long by normal standards. It's certainly full, though. Also, badass ain't a trope no more. Also, Fal ain't the first Arbiter. Also, Gender Misdirection isn't really an accurate trope for Cal. Also, Taking The Bullet doesn't really happen in Homecoming. Also, In the We Have Reserves section, the second-in-command section isn't really pertinant.

Dr. Halsey has blonde hair in ''The Package'' and ''Homecoming'', while in the books and ''[[VideoGame/HaloReach Reach]]'', she has black, graying hair. Fred-104 has brown hair instead of black, etc.

* AnimeHair: Not surprising, considering this is an anime. In the commentary track of "The Babysitter" it's noted that real life Marines would pretty much all have buzz cuts and look like each other, but AnimeHair and different body types were used to visually distinguish them. They're also not the only ones to do this in-universe, since in the ODST series ODST troops can and do have long hair, such as Buck (given that Buck is NathanFillion AND a [[{{Series/Firefly}} Mal]] {{Expy}}, you don't tell him what to do).

''Halo Legends'' is an anime-styled series of [[ArcNumber seven]] short stories set in the ''{{Franchise/Halo}}'' universe. What ''Anime/TheAnimatrix'' did for the ''Film/TheMatrix'' films and ''WesternAnimation/BatmanGothamKnight'' did for ''Film/TheDarkKnightSaga'', ''Halo Legends'' does for the ''Halo'' ExpandedUniverse. It was produced by Microsoft's internal Halo ''Halo'' entertainment team, 343 Industries. It is under Creator/ThreeFourThreeIndustries, with the animation done by six production houses, namely BeeTrain, Creator/BeeTrain, Creator/StudioBones, Casio Entertainment, Creator/ProductionIG, Creator/Studio4C, and Creator/ToeiAnimation.

* {{Foreshadowing}} : The "alien" ruins in the Heian planet. When you see it, you can clearly see the elements of ancient human architecture in them. It seems the producers were lazy, right? [[spoiler:Wrong! Both ''Literature/HaloCryptum'' and the ''Literature/HaloEvolutions'' short story "From the Office of Dr. William Arthur Iqbal" revealed that those ruins could be the last remnants of the prehistoric human civilization that once rivaled the Forerunners.]]
