Bob: I can't help but notice that the article says nothing about where you find these stories.

  • I hope I managed to fix that by giving a link to one of the sites where the original series can be found. -July Flame

First suggestion on some text that tells how it all works: The mechanics of this series is that fictional stories become, or are, alternate universes. The main characters of this series have technology that can travel to these universes. They also have a sort of Somebody Else's Problem-based disguise technology. These universes become distorted (similar to timeline distortion) whenever someone from the Real World (it is unstated (AFAIK) if this is a different dimension from which the characters travel out of) writes a fan-fiction; while the site admits good fan fiction exists, these stories aren't taken into the PPC multiverse. Missions include: kill additional characters not present in the original stories, cause canon characters to stop out-of-character behavior, and returning cross-over characters to their universe of origin without any additional memories, and destroying or removing extra-universal artifacts. The assassins seem to need to lure characters they kill or influence out one at a time.

One of our number seems to have gone a bit loopy and overzealous, and is making changes to this page and all pages that reference the PPC on this wiki. Anyone care to help with that with actual power? -July Flame

Madrugada: July Flame, if you'd come to the forums, identify yourself there, and explain this "long story" someone with authority is more likely to step in, and you'll probably have tropers on your side as well. Of course, if the anonymous editor would like to do the same, that would be fine, too. Right now, it's he-said/she-said, and we don't know who either one is, but as a wiki, stripping out information anonymously and globally is a good way to get on our bristly side.

BattleHamster: What do you guys think of starting a list of tropers who are also PP Cers under the trope list?
