It's related to My Girl Is Not a Slut; the principle that if the female lead is in a topless bar, she will be the only one not to be topless, especially if she's the most attractive character otherwise; and the principle that the female most likely to survive a horror film is the one who had the least sex. (If this is a real, unlisted trope and exists anywhere, then it exists in horror movies.) I'll see if I can help the description.
