Panruru: It could be argued that Revy is not this, as she lives in Roanapur, a city where 'being bad is good.' While she may go too far at times, her ability to gleefully murder scores of men at a time is the reason she was hired. She repeatedly points out that in Roanapur villainy is the norm, and thus characters like Rock are the abnormal ones.

Meta Four: Okay, I'm disputing the inclusion of Black Mage from Eight Bit Theater, by virtue of the fact that Thief is only slightly less evil (and he certainly despises his teammates every bit as much as BM does). In fact, I think you could make a better case that Eight Bit Theater is an inversion, with Fighter as the Token Good Teammate.
Asim: I think we might be off on Mz. Frost's reasons for her Heel–Face Turn — she has stated, especially in the Generation X comic, that it was the slaughter of her beloved Hellions that eventually led her to the side of (mostly) good.

Some New Guy: Because a Heroic Sociopath, for all his insanity and brutality, ultimately does tends to do more good then harm. A Token Evil Teammate doesn't even try to be a good guy, and gleefully indulges in his/her evil. Oh, and the Token Evil Teammate tends to be played for laughs more then a Heroic Sociopath.
