Working Title: A Coup In Hell: From YKTTW

Zhirzzh: It's a bit much to say that many people thought Hillary was going to have Obama killed. As far as I know, people just thought she might run against him again in '12.

The Bad Wolf: so is there an example from Fire Fly or is that just an unrelated quote that happens to work out of context?

Haven: Mostly the latter, although if you stretch the definition a little there are times when Jayne counts. Mostly in "Ariel", to a lesser extent in the pilot episode (and in the "chain of command" scene in "The Train Job"), and he approaches it in the "Do you want to run this ship?" scene in the movie before backing off. Come to think of it, the exchange "Do you want to run this ship?" "Yes!" "Well...you can't" sums this trope up pretty well. Can't really think of an examples of any of the antagonists being one (even though Simon would disagree about Jayne not being an antagonist, I'm sure :p)

Why is there a picture of Animated Chinscream, quite clearly the Trope stems from the one and only, G1 Starscream, who is also far more sexy than the Chin.

Praetyre: Would von Stauffenburg be a good example of this? He wished to overthrow Adolf Hitler because he thought he was leading Germany off a cliff with his mismanagement of the Ostfront, and yet still agreed with his major policies (for example, his brother stated that he agreed with the basic ideas of the National Socialists considering inner policy, and saw the racialist ideal as healthy and promising). Though, his coup involved some people opposed to Hitler on moral grounds, so it's a bit more muddied.
