Is the poem referenced in "And Then There Were None" correct? The version I read was about Twelve Little Indians.

Red Shoe: Re Double Jeopardy: On the other hand, in the Cary Grant movie People Will Talk, a man is executed for killing the same man, twice. (He survives the first time, discovers that the "victim" had faked his death, decides that he might as well kill him, having already served his sentence. The court didn't see it that way. Fortunately, the second execution goes about as well as the first.)
