I had a bunch of dinosaur books too, and they did tend to feature Dilophosaurus, but this page is about their representation in pop culture.
Brontozaurus: Do you think Ankylosaurus deserves a mention? It does show up a fair bit, and I suppose one could call it an Expy of Stegosaurus as far as the Cretaceous period goes.
