CapnAndy: Any actual legal minds want to weigh in on whether or not the information in the intro is accurate? I don't believe pornography is illegal; Free Speech should certainly cover it and the fact that there are rulings on what types of porn are illegal means that anything not specified is legal, right? Seems that way to me, but as my legal education is limited to Watching Lots of Law & Order...
