Working Title: Laconic: Subtle Trope Distinctions: From YKTTW

Jonny D: I had set it up so the Main/ Laconical List of Subtle Trope Distinctions redirects to the Main/ Canonical List of Subtle Trope Distinctions while the Laconic/ Canonical List Of Subtle Trope Distinctions redirects to the Laconic/ Laconical List Of Subtle Trope Distinctions ...However, while this sets it up nicely so that it has the right name at the top and the two still act as a pair, with the main article and laconic article linking back and forth... but now any use of the Laconical List of Subtle Trope Distinctions that doesn't use the laconic prefix goes to the canonical list instead... confusing. So I'm gonna move it back to the Laconic/ Canonical List Of Subtle Trope Distinctions namespace, and have the Laconical List of Subtle Trope Distinctions link redirect there. I'd still like the right name at the top, but having the links work right is more important

Luc: I changed things around. This was too long to really be a Laconic Wiki page, and Laconical List of Subtle Trope Distinctions was really what this things name was anyway, so I just moved it to here, and put something up at Laconic/CanonicalListOfSubtleTropeDistinctions. Does this work?

Jonny D: Yeah, on reflection not having the "Laconic/Main" buttons at the top of the page link back and forth between the Laconic List and the Canonical List isn't a big deal so long as they both have links to each other in the description. I think what you've worked out is the best solution all round. Thanks.

KJMackley: I changed the Adaptation Distillation and Pragmatic Adaptation to be more accurate. Distillation is not just made it better, but condensing what could have been years worth of stories into one film. Pragmatic is changing something not just because you needed to, but intrinsically is also about changes fans are okay with. I also changed Ax-Crazy and Psycho for Hire because the Psycho is not necessarily paid, but he takes relish in what he does. Ax-Crazy is someone who is able to kill everyone with no remorse.

MarqFJA: Why is Fetish Fuel Station Attendant not here when it is already included in the Canonical list? On a side note, the stated explanation in the Canonical list of Fetish Fuel Station Attendant still leaves me wondering if "common fetishes" also includes Fanservice; the latter trope is included in Turn On Tropes, and strangely also includes Fetish Fuel as a Sub-Trope.

Willbyr: Am I the only person who is annoyed when alphabetized trope titles go against the logical flow of the comparisons / contrasts? The "bus" and "fourth wall" tropes are prime examples.

hoodiecrow: No, it annoys me too, but the most important thing IMHO is that it's easy to find a group, and if that means breaking the flow, so be it.
