Bob: Removing The Wheel Of Time because it is one of the few series where Deader than Dead actually means Deader than Dead and any Back from the Dead was caused by the Big Bad Cosmic Horror who has the power to do so. Some people turn out to be Not Quite Dead, but that isn't what this trope is about.
