Fawriel: Since the launcher chose the title I came up with that implies both types of extremities, I've changed the article to include both kicks-only and punches-only types, as has been suggested in the YKTTW.

Fawriel: Simple: The Bare-Fisted Monk is a character who fights without weapons or magic in settings where everyone wields all kinds of crazy stuff. The Extremity Extremist is a character who does not only fight without weapons, but only uses either his hands, or his legs.
