Lunar-Music: I don't think the example of Dr. Singh from Gaia Online is accurate. I don't have any saved record of the image, but I don't think she ever replaced her arm with Timmy's; she just had Timmy hanging off her shoulder. And now, they each have all of their own limbs. They've got significantly different skin tones, so it would be obvious if they had switched any.
Man Without A Body: Changing the picture to Dr Strangelove, because he's far more iconic, and because the picture I've got actuall demonstrates the trope.
