For some reason Neopets is listed under Western Animation, despite being a game site. I want to move it, but I'm not sure what to put it under. Anyone else know?
This has got to be like the 5,000th time I forgot my email or password...On the following:
A list of collectible card games on The Other Wiki has many more examples, including Aliens vs. Predator, Babylon 5 and The Wheel of Time (listed together because they actually used the same engine, so you could pit Sheridan against Rand al'Thor), James Bond and Star Trek: The Next Generation.
The aforementioned Star Trek: The Next Generation card game, incidentally, eventually branched out to the rest of the franchise. It was made by the same people as the Star Wars game and was also fairly popular.
Due to the above own example, and the games PROFITABLE (for Decipher) multi-year run (1994-2007), AND continued fan-supported releases(last one in 2011), I petition to have this(Star Trek CCG) removed from the Trading Card Lame page.
If enough arguments are brought to bear on why it should stay, the entry should be AT LEAST moved to the Live-Action TV folder. Reply to discuss.
Edited by EeveeLordThe following was removed by EeveeLord:
The Level 1 Hundred Acre Wood card from the Fourth Set is also useless, all Hundred Acre Wood friend cards are not discarded after a challenge, which would have been great with the Promo Tigger, who has a whopping 8 Power (Assuming you perform his affect), and can have 11 if Roo is in play, as well as the Level 0 Winnie The Pooh that ended a challenge in a tie. But nope, FFG says they cannot be protected because they don't have the "World Symbol" that you'll see in the Set 4 cards and promos. Set 5 had the remaining Hundred Acre Wood cards, including a Rabbit card that let you search your deck for Winnie the Pooh, or Tigger, excluding the already existing Piglet cards that when forced to be discarded (Simba, Gravity, etc), allowed you to search your deck for a Winnie the Pooh card from your deck.
While this is an exaustively researched in-play example, this belongs in either Promotional Powerless Piece of Garbage, Junk Rare, or Loads and Loads of Rules.
Also, one of the two entry's VERYs was deleted. The game only lasted 27 months(DoD: 21 Dec 09), but up against some of the other entries here, two VERYs are unwarranted.
