Virtual Reality redirects here. I feel that while closely related, they're still distinct. Cyberspace is a 3D, spatial representation of real computers or otherwise digital entities, and actions within are expected to have real consequences, while "VR" usually means entering purpose-built virtual environments, commonly a game of some kind. They do have some overlap (usually in the form of The Game Plays You) but are more frequently employed separately.
