No idea either way. I put up the real world photos, but tried to make it come from a Yogscast video (or in Strippin's case from the vlogs of Strippin's girlfriend) rather than tweets. Obviously with Zoey, the most we see of her on camera is a hand and armband so that doesn't really apply in this instance.

Is it possible at all to get some kind of separation going on between the Yogscast's Minecraft Personas, and their actual identities? Because while there's a bit of crossover, they're not the same thing.
Example, could we perhaps have the IRL-relevant tropes in a character thread for the general Yogscast Entry, and their Minecraft Persona Tropes in a character thread for the Yogscast Minecraft Series? I get that would mean having two character threads for the same group, and I'm not even sure you should HAVE character threads for real people, but I think some of their in game traits really need to be separated from their real life identities (real Kim is not a flux infected being, Rythian isn't actually gunning of revenge or using Zoey as an emotional crutch, etc.)

I don't think we can call the guy who ate a horse's heart (Lewis) sensible or calm any more. I think Lewis and Simon's sections need a complete overhaul in the post-Tekkit, post-Trucking Tuesday era.

Simon needs a rewrite as well. Lewis is not the opposite of chaotic and hammy. He's calmer than Simon, maybe? Comparatively? But he loses his temper or just otherwise acts grumpily (usually towards Simon or buggy games) loads of times.
I am aware that Lewis may not be that sane. The reason he was called the Only Sane Man was because he is comparatively more sane and the only one who actually focuses on the job half the time, compared to Duncan and Simon who are pretty much never focused. We need something to indicate that in his entry.

Can we at least agree that Duncan does not especially "share" the Only Sane Man role with Lewis in Tekkit and Galacticraft, as this page recently asserted?
By "sections" I was largely referring to the description above the tropes, not so much the Only Sane Man trope itself. Specifically, the "Others say that Lewis' calm personality make their videos more entertaining by balancing out Simon's erratic nature. The blue to Simon's red, Lewis is by far the more sensible and cautious of the two." Cautious I'll give you, but Lewis causes just as much mess with cheating Minecraft puzzles and getting pissed off as Simon.

I'm not entirely sure when Hannah collaborated with Duncan or how that makes them Platonic Life-Partners. Was this largely in the Pv P maps in 2012 and 2013? Because nowadays, she either does multiplayer games with four or five people, or she largely does horror games (single player, but playing in the same room and alternating controls) with Kim.
And with Duncan, his co-op series for at least the last six months or so have largely been Sjin and, umm, Kim.

I think we're missing a few tropes for Zoey and Ridge. 1) Zoey is insanely peppy, the IRL tropes don't mention her social anxiety or how in many of her non-gaming videos she's very positive and talks about the importance of self-worth. 2) Ridge fired Peva, Tinman, and a Yogscast Server Admin. I know that this is the kind of stuff we don't want to go spreading around, but it's innacurate to say he wasn't really awful about the entire thing. We need to at least add a "bad boss" trope to his IRL information and link it to some of the ways he personally attacked Peva.

We really shouldn't have information or gossip about their personal lives at all. With Zoey's social anxiety, that can at least be considered "in-character" in as much as it describes the persona discussing Zoey's real life during subscriber specials and the "you are awesome" PSA, but the stuff about Ridge, Tinman and Peva? Off-mission for a site about narrative devices. I'm not discouraging you from discussing this in a more relevant setting, mind, it's just that this is tenuously linked to tropes.

I don't know if it's out of date or merely specific to the livestreams, but either way, can Lewis' personality with instances like the "taking oil, shove it up your arse and we go into space" really go under "calm"?
Should Peva and Tinman be completely removed from the page? They don't provide much information about the Yogscast IRL (or, more importantly to this site, the characters and tropes you'd see in videos) and they're not too fondly... remembered.
Personally I think, more than a year on, its about time. The Yogscast is ever expanding and as mentioned over a year ago, they don't provide much information or 'tropes' of the Yogscast. I'll leave it for a week from today and if there are no objections I'll consider it okay to be removed?

It's not a problem, I actually like the new format personally, it was just kind of annoying how things got deleted. Pretty much fixed besides these two lost tropes anyway, so no harm done and you made it easier to read.
D'you reckon we should put the real picture of Zoey up with her character profile? We have for most of the others.
