Deleted the Castiel example because I don't think his attraction to women is debatable (he's seen having and enjoying sex with a woman in "I'm No Angel", and had expressed attraction prior to that). If you believe the Ho Yay is legitimate attraction to Dean you might could make a case for Ambiguously Bi, but that's another trope.
