With absolutely no context I can't tell.

Well, I don't know about the character either, but if it helps;
- This Trope: A character who is picked up and used as a weapon (without or without turning into a more suitable form) - The attacker and the weapon are separate characters (note that there's no reason it can't overlap with the other tropes).
- Morph Weapon: A weapon which changes shape into other types of weapon and doesn't have to be intelligent.
- Shapeshifter Weapon: Someone who can transform can partially transform themselves to attack, essentially giving themselves a Natural Weapon.
- Talking Weapon: A weapon can...talk. It might or might not be intelligent and it doesn't (automatically) have any existence outside of being a weapon.

My compliments to whomever matched that picture and caption to this trope, a sincere bravo.

It was done in an image picking thread shortly after the trope was launched from YKTTW.
