openForeign rom com party Film
A foreign rom com, I think French. People in their twenties or thirties are at a flat for a party, all in love with each other and hooking up. One was a model. The front cover had a big red heart with them all inside it. It wasn't Paris Je T'aime.
openAdult Ghetto show Western Animation
It was set in a big city, real ghetto. The animation was similar to the animation of the music video for Feel Good Inc. The theme song was killer and I remember it followed a car driving down through the ghettos. I think the main characters were a white guy and like a monkey? There was lots of graffiti everywhere. It may have been a You Tube show.
openDark comedy show episode Live Action TV
It's a dark comedy show. Fairly recent, maybe made after 2015? Might be a BBC show, not sure. A girl goes to wedding with a guy she is dating or met recently. I think it's his sister's wedding. They are wealthy, it's at a mansion, the brother and sister have problems with their dad, also, I think she catches the brother and sister having sex, she ends up being given the expensive car that was going to be a wedding gift, but the brother blows his brains out in the car bc he's depressed he can't be with his sister.

There's a fan fic about Shaggy being a Vietnam War Vet, and I'm wondering if there's a trope page for it.
openSNES Robo Pinocchio game Videogame
There were this adventure, point & click game I played on SNES. There were robot you educate, nurture into being grown person or something. You didn't directly steer robot, you gave him some incentives that he followed and it was that kind of spin on the point & click genre. Any ideas for the title?
openyaoi manga licensed by renta Anime
I don't remember anything about the main plot line but I know it had a side story called something like 'secret training' or 'special training' (words to that effect) that was about a high-schooler with a crush on a senpai in his martial-arts club. I know it was quite recent at the time I read it so it probably wasn't licensed before 2017, and it can't have been licensed after 2018. I also seem to remember the index page having super-deformed versions of the main characters from the main story on it, but I'm not 100% sure if that wasn't a different manga. this has been niggling away at me for ages now, so any help would be much appreciated.

The two hosts visit a number of locations and buy two items at each stop (two stops per episode). They renovate or transform their items and sell them at auction, seeing who has the greatest profit.
openScooby-Doo fanfiction where Velma gets a boyfriend and acts differently
So I read it like four or five years ago, I don't know which site it was on, but I think its summary was something like "the characters have been returned to their source material, all completely healthy" or something along those lines.
It starts with Velma meeting this guy and they both start crushing on each other, but she's shy about her name for some reason and calls herself something like "Marilyn" or "Madelyn" or something like that instead because apparently that's her middle name.
They start dating, but Velma starts acting more like The Fashionista since dating him and becomes less interested in her usual interests and wears different clothes.
I think Shaggy or Daphne says, "Who are you and what have you done with Velma?".
openComedy videos about finding Bigfoot and yeti (probably same person?) Web Original
Around 2011 I saw a live action You Tube video about someone finding a Bigfoot in the woods, sitting sad in front of a tree, and committing suicide, pretty sure with a gun, and is revealed to be holding a magazine or newspaper with really sad news.
In late 2014 I saw another one I think was from the same person, but very similar style if not. Was about the person finding a yeti who started throwing snowballs at them, and might have stole their car and flipped them off or something.
Any idea what these were? The person I saw them with found them unintentionally while looking for serious videos about Bigfoot and yeti sightings. Don't think you could tell they were obvious fake comedy without watching them. Thanks.
Edited by GanSaibouopenMan makes family dog into pate? Live Action TV
So this is bonkers but I have a recollection of this strange horror/scifi/dark comedy? TV show episode from the 1990s. It was in colour and I feel it was probably originally an American show broadcast in the UK later.
From what I remember, there's something already spooky going on in the house and the family dog, a golden retriever or similar, dies because of aforementioned "thing". The dad, for some reason the dad decides to make the dead dog into meat pate or spread and he serves it to the family. This could have been a fakeout to scare the audience and the pate was just regular stuff and the dead dog was a bluff.
Thinking about it now, I think ants or scorpions where involved some how. I think they attacked the dog?
This is such a strange memory I have and I'm sure it's not a dream I had.
openAuction show Live Action TV
Two antique experts buy items at one auction and sell them at another auction, trying to use their knowledge of the items and the clientele at the second auction to try to make a profit. For example, if they buy in France and sell in the U.K., they know that the supply and demand differs between them and they may be able to use that to their advantage.

openThe Twilight Zone-type show Live Action TV
It’s a The Twilight Zone-type series... american one from the 80s or 90s... This one episode, this college girl went to this empty historic village trying to get a summer job that fits with her major, and the old man hired her basically right away and she was asked to/agreed to start right away because she had some free time/why not, and told to go through this door which turned out to be a portal to the past and she was super slow to realise this and thought they were all way into character and was annoyed/weirded out they wouldn’t break character, and when she lit up a fag (cigarette) with a lighter, the couple whose house she was in got spooked and didn’t know what that fire stick was and that meant she is a witch, and the people there started riling up against her and were going to burn her at the stake but the wife in the couple whose house she was in, Sarah, realised she’s not a witch and is from the future, and then it turns out she is the daughter of the old man who hired her in a hurry and sent her there, because he was the mayor and wanted to get famous as a witch-hunter by sending people from modern-day (which was the 80s or early 90s) back then and they’d believe the person is a witch and burn them at the stake or hang them (I can’t remember but probably hanging because it’s the US not the UK) and he’d get the credit for it, so Sarah convinced her it IS the past not reenactment and helped her escape just in the nick of time, but she got killed for helping her escape instead...
I’ve checked all or at least most of the possible series and can’t find it! Thank you! And have a nice safe day!
Edited by whattheheckisitopenAnimated Adventure with Flightless Bird Mount Western Animation
There was this cartoon where people were stranded in a dangerous unfamiliar place, like a jungle or island. There was a big snake, and some overacting V.A. said, "It looks like it's big enough to eat an elephant!" They were rescued by a woman or teenage girl, who was either a native or another stranded person who'd learned to live in this savage land. She rode a big flightless bird, like an ostrich or emu, which had a mask over its head with reins attached.
I saw a preview or clip or some suchness, not a whole episode or movie. This would've probably been in the late '80s, 1991 at the very latest, but I don't know how old the cartoon was then. People have suggested I'm remembering Nausicaä' or Wizards'', but I'm sure it wasn't either.

openAdopted Kids Start a Band Film
My friend is trying to find a live-action movie aimed at families. Below is her summary of the movie:
~~~~~
I was trying to find a movie about a mom and dad who adopts kids and start a band. I never found it online. I remember 4 scenes. One with the girl who drew a picture of a bird for her dead mom, one with the kids in an adoption center getting adopted, the third with the kids practicing and a black boy playing the drums, and the final scene was the mom singing a song with the band at the end. This movie is driving me insane and I need to know what it is. I remember the title being kinda long but I recall no words.
~~~~~
Some more details from her:
- I watched it around 2012 and I think the movie was 2009
- it is probably 10 years old
- I don't remember a lot but i remember the mother who was a singer had blonde hair that was curly
