Probably fine, sandboxes aren't considered "real" wiki pages and can be personal pages just for fun or drafting work.

Isn't this Loophole Abuse of a sort, or is this for Darth Wiki?

What would be the issue here though? That others can leave feedback? If it's not vandalism and feedback is welcome who would care?

Yeah, there isn't an issue here that I can see.

^^ Sandboxes being personal pages for fun.

That's not a "loophole". It's one of several purposes of the namespace.

^^Sandboxes are not necessarily for fun. Their most important purpose is to serve as a "scratchpad" where you can put drafts of proposed edits so other people can weigh in with comments before you change anything on the actual page (this is useful if the proposed edits are large changes or controversial in some way).

I think the reason sandboxes are editable by other tropers is to allow collaborative efforts, where several people together work on something. Which seems to be what is going on here, so there's no loophole involved, and no abuse of the rules.
