It is absolutely fine. I would not be surprised if it wasn't fairly common, in fact. Note that we frown on creators adding Audience Reactions items about their work, however.

One thing to keep in mind: you don't get creative control over the works page. The Fic May Be Yours, but the Trope Page Is Ours.

Objective tropes that anyone can verify? Go for it.

YMMV tropes? Only if you're moving them from main to YMMV or correcting spelling grammar.

YMMV tropes (as in, all YMMV things not on Audience Reactions) are problematic. They tend to involve a degree of audience response but don't qualify as Audience Reactions because they have in-story elements. Because of this, there is a bit more merit to authors adding them but it's to be done with care.
