is somewhat frowned upon.
EDIT: And having seen the pic in question myself, it is definitely NSFW. And, incidentally, this sort of thing is exactly the reason why we have Image Pickin'.

Well, the NSFW thing (haven't looked at the image so I'm not sure) is self explanatory: hopefully the site should be viewable from, say, a library, or school. At least that was what I remember from the notice.
The Image Pickin' thing is a guideline, not a rule. You can change it without going there, but someone might disagree and take it to Image Pickin', whereupon they'll choose whether your picture is better or the current one.
